Claims (9)

1. Gerät zur Körperpflege mit einem durch eine Leitung (15; 115) mit einer Flüssigkeitsquelle verbundenen Handstück (3; 103), mit einer an die Flüssigkeitsleitung angeschlossenen Pumpe zum Ausspritzen der Flüssigkeit in Form eines heterogenen Strahls mit einer Frequenz zwischen 1000 und 4000 Impulsen je Minute und mit auswechselbaren Spritzdüsen (5), die zur Behandlung der Zähne und des Zahnfleisches auf das Handstück (3; 103) aufsetzbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine ebenfalls auf das Handstück (3; 103) aufsetzbare Sprühdüse (8; 108) zum Erzeugen eines Sprühnebels zwecks Pflege der Haut vorgesehen ist und dass der Kopf dieser Sprühdüse (8; 108) aus einem äusseren, eine Kammer (10; 110) für die Flüssigkeit bildenden Gehäuse (9; 109), in welchem die Speiseleitung (15; 115) mündet, aus einer passend in das erwähnte äussere Gehäuse (9; 109) eingesetzten zylindrischen Hülse (17; 117), die an ihrem an der Aussenseite des äusseren Gehäuses (9; 109) liegenden Ende eine Querwand (18; 118) aufweist, die an ihrer Innenfläche mit Nuten (19), vorzugsweise mit drei Nuten, versehen ist, die tangential zum sich erweiternden Teil einer konischen, in einer kleinen zylindrischen Öffnung (21; 121) auf der Aussenseite der erwähnten Querwand (18; 118) mündenden Mittelöffnung (20; 120) liegen, und schliesslich aus einer zylindrischen Achse (22; 122) besteht, welche sich einerseits gegen die Innenfläche der Querwand (18; 118) der zylindrischen Hülse (17; 117) und andererseits gegen einen Kern (16; 116) der Flüssigkeitskammer (10; 110) abstützt und welche auf ihrem Umfang mit axialen Rippen (24) versehen ist, wobei diese zylindrische Achse (22; 122) derart ins Innere der zylindrischen Hülse (17; 117) eingepasst ist, dass der pulsierende Flüssigkeitsstrahl, welcher von der Speiseleitung (15; 115) in die Flüssigkeitskammer (10; 110) eintritt, in mehrere Strahlen zwischen den axialen Rippen (24) der zylindrischen Achse (22; 122) zerteilt wird und durch die tangential zur konischen Mittelöffnung (20; 120) der zylindrischen Hülse (17; 117) orientierten Nuten (19) eine Wirbelbildung erfährt, wodurch er in einen Sprühnebel umgewandelt wird, welcher durch die kleine zylindrische Öffnung (21; 121) der Querwand (18; 118) austritt.
2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bemessung der Sprühdüse (8; 108) und der Pumpe so gewählt ist, dass der Durchsatz der ausgestossenen Flüssigkeit zwischen 10 und 100 ml/min bei einem Druck mit einem mittleren Wert zwischen 1, 5 und 3 kg/cm2 liegt.
3. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (117) im Innern des Gehäuses (109) mittels Ultraschallschweissung befestigt ist und dass den Kern (116) umgebende elastische Mittel die Lage der erwähnten Achse (122) während und nach der Schweissung festlegen.
4. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Eingang der Hülse (117) Filtermittel (129) zum Filtern der Flüssigkeit vor ihrem Durchgang zwischen den Rippen (24) der Achse (22,122) angeordnet sind.
5. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein schalenförmiger Deflektor (127) das äussere Ende der Hülse (117) umgibt, um eine Streuung des senkrecht zur Achse der Hülse (117) ausgestossenen Nebels zu vermeiden.
6. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Handstück (3; 103) Antriebsmittel aufweist, welche die Sprühdüse (8; 108) in eine oszillierende Bewegung versetzen, vorzugsweise mit einer Amplitude zwischen 10° und 20°, insbesondere 15°, und mit einer Schwingungsfrequenz zwischen 20 und 60 Hz.
7. Gerät nach Anspruch 6, welches dazu eingerichtet ist, entweder mit einer Düse oder mit einer Zahnbürste (105a) betrieben zu werden und deren Handstück (103) einen Motor aufweist, welcher eine derartige Zahnbürste (105a) in eine oszillierende Bewegung versetzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betriebsdaten des Motors einstellbar sind, um die Sprühdüse (108) in gewünschter Weise oszillierend anzutreiben.
8. Gerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor ein durch eine hydraulische Pumpe angetriebener Hydraulikmotor ist, wobei die Pumpe aus einer Stromquelle derart gespeist wird, dass die Schwingungsfrequenz der Sprühdüse (108) zwischen 30 und 60 Hz beträgt, und dass die Betriebsdaten dieses Motors und/oder der Pumpe einstellbar sind, um die Sprühdüse (108) in gewünschter Weise oszillierend anzutreiben.
9. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mechanische Mittel (5b, 143) vorgesehen sind, um den Motor gegen Drehung zu sichern, wenn eine Spritzdüse (5) am Handstück (103) befestigt ist.
