Abstract

Ein brennstoffbefeuerter Heizkessel, insbesondere ein Gasheizkessel, ist zur Erwärmung von Heizungswasser mit einem integrierten, nach dem Speicherprinzip arbeitenden Brauchwassererwärmer versehen.
Um zu erreichen, daß in dem Heizkessel eine optimale Wärmeausnutzung erfolgt und gleichzeitig die heißen Ab­ gase des Heizkessels mit geringstem vorrichtungstechni­ schem Aufwand zur Vorwärmung des Brauchwassers aus­ genutzt werden können, ist der Brauchwassererwärmer (6) mit Abstand von einem Außenmantel umgeben, wobei der freie Raum (28) zwischen der Wandung des Brauchwas­ sererwärmers (6) und dem Außenmantel von den aus dem Heizkessel austretenden heißen Abgasen durchströmt ist.
