Abstract

Ce dispositif permet l'emploi de combustibles solides pulvérisés pauvres (charbon, lignite, tourbe) et de leurs dérivés pendant les périodes de démarrage à froid et de soutien aux basses charges chambres de combustion.
Le brûleur d'allumage (1) comporte un allumeur d'ap­ point et d'alllumage fonctionnant avec du gaz produit par la gazéification (6) du combustible pauvre et un allumeur principal fonctionnant avec le combustible pauvre pulvérisé (5). L'air de combustion est réchauffé (10) par le gaz produit par la gazéification (6). En particulier, l'air de combustion envoyé à la sortie de l'allumeur d'allumage est mis en turbulence.
Application: Appareils divers à combustion y compris les générateurs de vapeur des centrales thermiques.
