Claims (8)

1. Verfahren zur Behandlung des freien Endes von natürlichen, bei der Herstellung von Zahnbürsten verwendeten Borsten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende der Borsten mit einer kombinierten Bewegung, die aus einer hinundhergehenden Schaukelbewegung (14, 14') der Borsten oberhalb einer Schleifscheibe (10) beiderseits einer zur Schleifebene senkrechten Ebene besteht, an eine Schleifscheibe angedrückt wird, wobei die Schleifscheibe (10) um ihre parallel zur Schleifebene angeordnete Achse (12) in Drehung (N) versetzt wird, sowie dadurch, daß die kombinierte Bewegung außerdem um eine zur Schleifebene senkrechte Achse (13) eine zwischen Schleifscheibe (10) und Borsten gleichzeitige Drehung (n) ausführt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehung zwischen den Borsten und der Schleifscheibe (10) um eine zur Schleifebene senkrechte Achse um eine Achse (13) erfolgt, die durch die Drehachse (12) der Schleifscheibe hindurchgeht und in deren Ebene liegt.

Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Borsten ein erste Mal mit der kombinierten Bewegung an die Schleifscheibe (10) angedrückt werden, dann das Ende der natürlichen Borsten von der Oberfläche der Schleifscheibe (10) entfernt wird und schließlich die Borsten ein zweites Mal an diese mit der gleichen kombinierten Bewegung herangeführt werden.

Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende der Borsten mit der kombinierten Bewegung an eine Schleifscheibe (10) angedrückt wird und dann die Borsten abgezogen und mit der gleichen kombinierten Bewegung an eine zweite Schleifscheibe (20) oben angedrückt werden.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der Schleifscheiben (10, 20) mit einer Umfangsgeschwindigkeit von 1250 bis 6250 m/min läuft, vorzugsweise mit 2500 m/min.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die relative Drehgeschwindigkeit zwischen der Schleifscheibe (10) und den Borsten in der Schleifebene zwischen 50 und 250 U/min beträgt, vorzugsweise 120 U/min.
7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dauer einer Hinundherbewegung über jeder Schleifscheibe (10, 20) einer ganzen Drehbewegung zwischen den Borsten und der Schleifscheibe in der Schleifebene entspricht.
8. Zahnbürste mit natürlichen, gemäß eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 behandelten Borsten.
