Zweckmässig wird hierzu das Klemmglied Ks etwas gelockert. Auf diese Weise lässt sich auch die Lauf-Schlosseinheit mit Hilfe der Referenzlauf-Waffe indirekt in ausreichend genaue Parallellage zur Achse Y-Y einstellen. 1. 2. Mechanism according to Claim 1, characterised in that the counterspringing or damping is designed as a recoil-limiting stop (RA).
3. Mechanism according to Claim 1, characterised in that a direction-adjusting device (YR) is provided to adjust the barrel axis (X-X) parallel to the mounting axis (Y-Y) of the linear mounting (LG).
4. Mechanism according to Claim 3, characterised in that a receptacle (WA1) for a reference barrel (RL) arranged with its axis (Z-Z) at least approximately parallel to the axis of movement (Y-Y) of the linear mounting (LG) is provided on the weapon support (WH).
5. Mechanism according to Claim 4, characterised in that a receptacle (WAi) for an operative weapon (SG) with a barrel serving as a reference barrel (RL) is provided on the weapon support (WH).
6. Mechanism according to Claim 5, characterised in that the receptacle (WA1) for the reference-barrel weapon (SG) has two supporting surfaces (HFi, HF2) coaxial relative to the axis (Z-Z) of the reference barrel (RL) and arranged at a distance from one another in the direction of the barrel axis.
7. Mechanism according to Claim 1, characterised in that a receptacle (WA2) for an operative stockless barrel/breach-action unit (LSE) of a weapon to be tested is provided on the weapon support (WH).
8. Mechanism according to Claim 1, characterised in that the receptacle (WA) provided on the weapon support (WH) for a carbine with stock (KB) is equipped with two clamping members (K1, K2), of which one is located in the region of the butt end and the other is located in the connecting region between the breach action and barrel.
