Claims (10)

1. Automatische Füllvorrichtung für Behälter (5) insbesondere mit vorzugsweise kugeligen oder länglichen kurzen Nahrungsmittelprodukten, mit einem vibrierenden Speisetrichter (1 ), der oberhalb eines ersten Förderers füreine ersten Reihe von Behältern (5) angeordnet ist, um die genannten Nahrungsmittel in die genannten Behälter zu bringen, und mit einer Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme der Nahrungsmittel, die aus den genannten ersten Behältern herausfallen können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Vorrichtung für eine zweite Reihe von Behältern einen zweiten Förderer, der in einer Höhenlage (B) unterhalb der Füllvorrichtung bezogen auf den ersten Förderer angeordnet ist, und eine Führungsrinne (10) besitzt, die zwischen dem ersten und dem zweitem Förderer angeordnet ist und die genannten Produkte zu den genannten zweiten Behältern befördert.
2. Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und zweite Förderer miteinander verbunden sind und einen einzigen endlosen Förderer bilden, der die Behälter von ihrem Eintrittspunkt (C) in die Maschine und von der genannten unteren Höhenlage (B), wo sie eine Vorfüllung mit den von der genannten Rinne (10) herbeigeführten Produkten erleiden, zu einer höhergelegene Höhenlage (A) unter dem Speisetrichter (1) zur Vollständigung der Füllung und zu ihrem Ausgangspunkt aus der Maschine bringt.
3. Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der unteren Rändern der Führungsrinne (10) selektiv in Abhängigkeit von der Grösse der Produkte einstellbar ist.

Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil der oberen Höhenlage (A) des Förderers, der sich unter dem Speisetrichter bis zum Ausgangspunkt (D) der Behälter (5) aus der Maschine erstreckt und derjenige, der unterhalt der unteren Höhenlage (B) gelegen ist und die Behälter (5) von ihrem Eintrittspunkt in die Maschine (C) aus befördert, übereinanderliegend in einer vertikale Ebene angeordnet sind.

Automatische Füllvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Behälterfüllkontrollsystem mit wenigtens einer Wiegevorrichtung mit einem mit dem beweglichen Element (4) des die Förderung der Behälter (5) bewirkenden Förderers verbundenen Wiegeorgan (21) besitzt, das auf vorbestimmte Maximal beziehungsweise Minimalgewichte der Behälter (5) während der Füllung anspricht, wobei die Vorrichtung ferner zwei von dam genannten Organen bei seinem Ansprechen selektiv betätigtbare Schalter (24,25) aufweist wobei dem ersten Schalter eine Steuerung (26) zum Anhalten des Förderers und/oder zur Beschleunigung der vibrierenden Bewegung des Trichters und dem zweiten Schalter ein Steuerung (27) zur Verlangsamung der Bewegung des Trichters zugeordnet sind.

Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Wiegeorgan (21) von einem Hebel gebildet wird, der unter dem beweglichen Element (4) des Förderers angeordnet ist und durch ein Rückstellmittel (23) mit dem genannten Element in Berührung gehalten wird und zwischen einer hochgelegenen Stellung in der es den genannten ersten Schalter (24) betätigt, und einer niedrigen Stellung, in der es den zweiten Schalter betätigt, bewegbar ist.

Füllvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Wiegekontrollsystem zwei Wiegevorrichtungen besitzt, die jeweils mit dem ersten und dem zweiten Förderer oder im Falle eines einzigen endlosen Förderers in der unteren (B) beziehungsweise oberen Höhenlage (A) des Förderers angeordnet sind.

Füllvorrichtung nach einer der vorangehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Förderer als bewegliches Element (4) ein sich in dem Gleitweg (6) bewegendes Kabel oder einen Treibriemen sowie Führungen (7) besitzt, die normalerweise feststehen und den genannten Gleitweg (6) wenigstens in dem Teil des Förderers, der die genannten Behälter (5) fördert, umgeben, und dadurch, dass in einem Bereich des Förderers vorzugsweise in dem Teil (E) des Förderers, der sich hinter dem Durchlauf unter dem Speisetrichter (1) in der Bewegungsrichtung der Behälter ertreckt, die genannten Führungen (7) auf einem schwingenden Halter (12) befestigt sind, der auf einer Antriebsaxe (13) angebracht ist, die sich oberhalb oder unterhalb des Gleitweges (6) erstreckt und von wenigstens einem mit dem Rahmen der Füllvorrichtung festverbundenen Lager (14) getragen wird und fest mit einem ersten Lenker (15) verbunden ist, der an einem zweiten Lenker (16) angelenkt ist, der durch einen Exzenter (17) in Bewegung versetzt wird.
9. Füllvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungen (7) mit den genannten Halter (12) durch eine verschiebbare Platte (19) verbunden sind, die es erlaubt, die genannten Führungen in einer schrägen Ebene bezogen auf die vertikale Ebene der Füllvorrichtung auszurichten.
10. Füllvorrichtung nach eine der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderer mit einem Stampfkolben versehen ist, der eine Bewegung der Behälter (5) von unten nach oben und in umgekehrter Richtung in eine wesentliche vertikalen Ebene gewährleistet.
