Claims (3)

1. Aufreißbarer Kapselverschluß aus Kunststoff für insbesondere Flaschen oder ähnliche Behälter, mit einem Oberteil (1), einem ringförmigen äußeren Mantel (2), der ohne Verschraubung einhakbar bzw. befestigbar und mit dem Oberteil über zerreißbare Verbindungen (8) verbunden ist, welche die Unverletzlichkeit sicherstellen, sowie einem ringförmigen, schachtartigen Innenteil (3), der zum Einsetzen in den Hals des zu verschließenden Behälters dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenteil (3) außen in geringem, gut bestimmbarem Abstand vom Oberteil (1) eine ununterbrochene kreisrunde Lippe (4), die dadurch die Funktion eines Ausströmventils übernimmt, daß sie, ausgelöst durch den durch Wärmeausdehnung der im Behälter befindlichen Flüsigkeit enstandenen Innendruck, den Kontakt mit dem Hals verliert, und in einem größeren Abstand eine an einer Stelle (6) unterbrochene zweite Lippe (5) auf ihrem Umfang aufweist, so daß eine Druckentlastung durch Ausströmen unter Anheben der ersten Lippe (4) möglich ist, während andererseits die auf die Kapsel einwirkende Ausströmkraft begrenzt ist, während der äußere Mantel (2) eine kreisförmige Peripherie ohne Erhebungen und mindestens eine dünnere Bruchstelle (10, 11) aufweist, die sich über dessen gesamte Höhe erstreckt, so daß das Öffnen des Mantels (2) beim Entfernen des Verschlusses bzw. Entkapsein sichergestellt ist.
2. Kapselverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (2) beiderseits eines unzerreißbaren Gelenkteiles (9), das den das Oberteil (1 ) des Verschlusses bildenden Abschnitt mit dem Mantel verbindet, dünnere Stellen bzw. Schwächungsstellen (10) aufweist, die ein Abtrennen des Mantels (2) beim Entfernen des Verschlusses sicherstellen.
3. Kapselverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mantel (2) gegenüber einem unzerreißbaren Gelenkteil (9), das den Mantel mit einem das Oberteil (1) des Verschlusses bildenden Abschnitt verbindet, einen dünneren Abschnitt bzw. eine Schwächungsstelle (11) aufweist, die beim Entfernen des Verschlusses ein Auftrennen des Mantels (2) in zwei Abschnitte ermöglicht, welche durch das Gelenkteil (9) mit dem Abschnitt verbunden bleiben, der das Oberteil (1) des Verschlusses darstellt.
