Description

The invention relates to an insulating vessel for cooking food with a lower insert for the cooking device and with a hood.
Another goal is to keep the food at the serving temperature for as long as is necessary without heating up the food and, what is particularly important for oriental households, the optical one
Not to worsen the impression or to worsen their taste. Various solutions to the problem have been known for a long time, for example wrapping the pre-cooked or pre-fried food in newspaper and wrapping it in duvets, placing it in a heated oven and leaving it standing, e.g. the classic cooking box, the pressure cooker and much more. It has also already been proposed to place the cooking pots in an insulating vessel. For this purpose, insulating vessels were constructed which correspond to the shape of the pot and whose use was adapted to the shape of the pot and was provided with a lid. This solved the problem of cooking preheated food without further energy supply. The disadvantage of this solution, however, was that the insulating vessels had to correspond to the shape of the cooking vessel. It was difficult to get the pots out of the vacuum flask. They often jammed. Often it was not possible for the housewife, in particular, to take the pot out of the insulated container alone, without anyone helping her and holding the insulated container. Another disadvantage was that it is impossible in a normal household to have the right insulated container for every pot shape. It also turned out that cooking in such insulated containers increased
OMPI Sprüchen nicht standhielt.OMPI Not withstood sayings.
Another disadvantage of the proposed solution was that when the lid was placed firmly, it jammed and could not be opened. The tight seal between the hood or lid and insert led to the fact that a vacuum was created when cooling and therefore a considerable effort had to be exerted in order to open the insulating vessel at all. As a result, the food was often spilled.
The object of the invention was now to develop an insulating vessel which would ensure improved heat conduction, was independent of the specific pot shape and precluded the formation of negative pressure in the insulating vessel.
As can be seen from the preceding claims, this object has been achieved.
Die Erfindung soll im folgenden anhand der beiden Zeich¬ nungen erläutert werden, wobeiThe invention will be explained below with reference to the two drawings, wherein
A.1 shows a section through the insulating vessel and FIG. 2 shows a cross section in plane A.
Diese Scheibe kann aus Asbest, Kautschuk, glasfaserver¬ stärktem Kunststoff oder anderem, einigermaßen wärmebe-Fig. 1 shows a cross section of the insulating vessel 1, which consists of an insert 2 and a hood 3. The insert 2 is mainly used to fix the cooking device, e.g. of a saucepan 5. Usually, this insert will have a round shape to match the shape of the cooking vessels. On its upper edge it has a bevel 7, adapted to the underside of the saucepans, pans, etc. This bevel then changes into a cylindrical shape 8. In the bottom part of the insert 2- a disc 9 is inserted. This pane can be made of asbestos, rubber, glass fiber reinforced plastic or other, somewhat heat-resistant
It serves to increase the service life of the insulating vessel. Overlapping food when inserting the cooking vessel, burnt-on residues on the undersides of the cooking vessels contaminate and partially swell the material of the insert 2. The disk 9 allows the housewife in a simple manner and from time to time, the most to replace most stressed part. This disc 9 can be provided with a recess 10.
Der Einsatz 2 hat zweckmäßigerweise an der Unterseite die Griffmulden 11.The insert 2 expediently has the recessed grips 11 on the underside.
The hood 3 has a larger diameter than the base 2, so that in the closed state it does not sit on the edge of the base 2, but rather embraces it and leaves a gap 4.
The inner shape of the hood 3 corresponds to the shape of the saucepan or pan and has a cutout 6 for the currently usual handle of the cooking lid. The top of the hood 3 can optionally have recessed grips 12.
To solve the stated task, i.e. To ensure sufficient heat transfer, the hood 3, as can be seen in FIG. 2, which shows a section in the plane A of FIG. 1, must be dimensioned such that its cylindrical part, which corresponds to the highest pot shape, has the handles or handle 16 of the saucepan 5 comprises. The hood does not nestle against the outer wall of the saucepan, thus creating an empty space 15 between the inside of the hood 3 and the outside of the saucepan 5. This has the advantage of better heat transfer. the formation of an air cushion and the avoidance of the pot getting stuck in the hinge joints previously proposed. The air gap 4 prevents the formation of a vacuum.
The proposed construction of the insulating vessel 11 according to the invention has the following advantages: after, in contrast to the previously known solution, the parts 2, 3 do not rest on one another, but rather interlock with one another to form a gap 4, or one above the other. grip, the insulated container is no longer dependent on the pot height. The hood or the upper part 3 sits on the lid of the cooking vessel and thus moves up and down without any problems. In this way, one or more pots placed one on top of the other can also be placed in the insulating vessel; of course the larger pots below and the smaller pots above. The cooking effect is also not impaired if, in an extreme case, the upper edge of the insert 2 no longer overlap the lower edge of the hood 3 when several pots are stacked on one another, but are at the same level or even the hood ends above it.
