Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zum Regenerieren bzw. erneutem Ausrichten von offenen Profilstählen, vorzugsweise Spundwandprofilen oder wasserdichten Pfählen, welche bei Ingenieur- und Industriebauten verwendet werden.The invention relates to a system for regenerating or realigning open section steels, preferably sheet piling sections or watertight piles, which are used in engineering and industrial buildings.
Aus der DE-C Nr. 914862 ist eine Durchlaufvorrichtung zum Härten, Vergüten und Biegen oder Richten von dünnwandigen Profilstählen bekannt. Bei dieser bekannten Vorrichtung werden Muffeln aus hitzebeständigem Werkstoff verwendet, die als Durchtrittsöffnung das Profil des Härteguts haben und dieses einbetten, wobei die Muffel entweder selbst beheizt werden kann oder aber in einem Durchlaufofen eingelegt ist. An diese Muffel schliesst sich ein Härteaggregat an, durch welches das zu härtende Gut hindurchläuft und in welchem die Profilstäbe gehärtet, vergütet, gerichtet oder gebogen werden, ohne dass sie die Form verlieren und ohne dass Restspannungen in dem Profil verbleiben. Diese Vorrichtung gewährleistet lediglich eine Wärmebehandlung von insbesondere dünnwandigen Profilstäben, welche gleichzeitig einen nicht näher bestimmten Richt-oder Biegevorgang während dem Anlassen oder Härten durchmachen. Für ein Regenerieren, also für das Wiederherstellen des ursprünglichen Profils von deformierten Profilstählen, ist diese bekannte Vorrichtung nicht verwendbar, da die in den Muffeln vorgesehenen Profilöffnungen lediglich Führungsöffnungen, welche auf die Form von relativ stark deformierten Profilstählen nicht einwirken können, sind.From DE-C No. 914862 a continuous device for hardening, tempering and bending or straightening thin-walled profile steels is known. Durch die FR-A Nr. 1321911 ist eine Anlage zum Regenieren von Eisenbahnschienen bekannt, bei welcher die Schienen zuerst durch eine Wärmezone und anschliessend durch eine ganze Reihe von Bearbeitungszonen, wie Entgratungszone, Reprofilierungszone (Hämmer), Härtezone und Richtzone (Rollenbahn) hindurchgeführt werden. Schliesslich ist durch die DE-B Nr. 1040885 ein Verfahren zum Kaltausrichten des Querschnittsprofils von gewalzten Schienen bekannt, bei welchem die Schiene durch eine Profildüse hindurchgezogen wird, wobei die Querschnittsfläche nicht oder höchstens geringfügig vermindert wird. Es handelt sich bei diesem bekannten Verfahren um ein Nachkalibrieren von gewalzten Schienen zum Zwecke der Erzielung eines Schienenprofils mit Innentoleranzen. Die erfindungsgemässe Regenerierungsanlage besteht aus einer Anzahl regulierbarer (Azetylen-) Brenner 1, mit Hilfe derer ein zu regenerierender Profilstahl 2 auf die entsprechende metallplastizierende Temperatur vorgewärmt wird, aus einem stationären Gehäuse 3 mit einer auswechselbaren Ziehmatrize 4 mit einer Profilöffnung 5 in Form des entsprechenden Profils, z.B. für Spundwandstahl, aus einem Kühlflüssigkeitsbehälter 6, Berieselungsdüsen 7, einer mechanischen Profilziehvorrichtung 8 und einem Stahlseil 9, welches mit einem Dorn 10, der in eine vorgebohrte Öffnung im Spundwandstahl eingesetzt wird, ausgerüstet ist.The regeneration system according to the invention consists of a number of adjustable (acetylene)

Der zu regenerierende Profilstahl 2 wird mit dem weniger deformierten Ende in die Profilöffnung 5 der Ziehmatrize 4 eingelegt, worauf in die entsprechend vorgebohrte Öffnung 11 des Profilstahls 2 der Dorn 10 des Stahlseils 9, welches auf die Trommel der mechanischen Ziehvorrichtung 8 aufgewickelt ist, eingesetzt wird. Der Profilstahl 2 wird danach auf die metallplastizierende Temperatur erwärmt, wonach er durch die Profilöffnung 5 der Ziehmatrize 4 gezogen wird.
