Description

Derartige Stufenschalter sind bekannt: DE-AS 28 15 736.The invention relates to a tap changer according to the preamble of claim 1. Such tap changers are known: DE-AS 28 15 736.

The object of the invention is to improve the step switch mentioned at the outset, in particular with regard to the drive for the polarity contacts. This object is achieved by the means specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

The advantage achieved with the invention is in particular that the actuation of the polarity contacts is now triggered directly by the actuating disc of the tap changer, which also initiates the turning actuation. The actuation of the polarity contacts is therefore no longer derived from the sequence of movements of the reversing contacts or from the sequence of movements of the selector contacts, but directly from the movement of the drive pulley of the tap changer. This not only leads to a constructive simplification of the drive of the polarity contacts, but also to greater accuracy in the movement sequence. Because the previously used functional series connection of the motion sequences: tapping the movement of the polarity contacts from the motion sequence at the reversing contacts leads due to inevitable tolerances to a lower accuracy compared to the functional parallel connection of the movement processes now used.

In a particularly expedient way, it is possible to mount the two actuating forks for actuating the turner and polarity contacts directly one above the other on one and the same journal, in order then to be able to actuate both actuating forks with the same roller seated on the drive pulley of the step selector. Here, the fork openings for the engagement of the actuating roller are appropriately arranged so that they are offset from one another in the rest positions, such that the actuating roller first runs into the fork opening of the actuating fork of the polarity switch when the switching step is carried out. A further simplification is obtained if the two actuating forks are mounted on the same journal, on which the crank for the gradual actuation of the drive disks of the step selector is mounted. The fixed polarity contacts do not need to be distributed over the entire height of the tap selector or over the entire length of their insulating rod, but they can be e.g. be placed in the upper third of the level selector. This makes it possible to design the movable polarity contact as a rod mounted on one side, the free end of which is intended for contacting and which can be pivoted parallel to the insulating rod of the fixed polarity contacts.

An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and will be described in more detail below. Show it:
  • Figure 1 shows the level selector of the new level switch in side view,
  • Figure 2 to 5 shows a cross section through the drive means for turning and polarity contacts in different phases of the movement.

The new tap changer essentially consists of the actual tap selector 1 with the drop-out gear 2, which works together with a diverter switch (not shown), a turner 3 arranged on the side of the tap selector and the polarity switch 4 also arranged on the side. The tap selector 1 is designed as a rod cage. On a lower cage ring 5 and on an upper cage ring 6 there are the insulated bars 7 arranged in a circle, which carry the fixed step contacts 8. Provided within the cage are two concentric insulating tubes 9, 10 which are mounted in the lower and upper cage rings 5 and 6 and which can be rotated step by step in a circle. When the insulating tubes are rotated step by step, contact bridges 11 are moved in the usual way from one to the next fixed step contact 8. For this purpose, each insulating tube 9, 10 is provided with a drive disk 12, 13, which has a recess 14 for each switching step, in which a crank 15, which can be rotated through 180 ° for each switching step, engages alternately with a roller 16, 17. The crank 15 is mounted in a frame 18 which is firmly connected to the upper cage ring 6. The frame 18 merges into a boom 19, and a same boom 20 is provided on the lower cage ring 5. The two arms 19, 20 carry two vertical insulating bars 21, 22, on which the fixed reversing contacts 23, 24 are seated. The switching shaft 25 of the turner, which carries the movable turner contacts 26, is also mounted in the arms 19, 20. The selector shaft 25 of the turner is at its top End firmly connected with a crank 27. This crank 27, which serves to actuate the selector shaft 25 of the turner, is provided with a recess 28 into which a roller 29 of an actuating fork 30 engages. The actuating fork 30 is mounted on the upper cage ring 6 by means of a shaft 31. A roller 33 seated on the drive pulley 13 of the one insulating tube 10 engages in the fork opening 32. This roller 33 is of course arranged on the drive pulley 13 in such a way that the reverser is actuated only when the corresponding switching step of the actual step selector is carried out.

The two arms 19 and 20 each have an arm 34, 35, to which a further insulating rod 36 is attached. This insulating rod 36 carries the fixed polarity contacts 37. A movable polarity contact 38 cooperates with the fixed polarity contacts 37. The movable polarity contact 38 is mounted in the upper arm 19 by means of a shaft journal 39 and, moreover, is designed as an angled rod, the free end 38 'of which for contacting runs parallel to the insulating rods (36, 21, 22). A crank 42 provided with two Maltese cuts 40, 41 is fixedly connected to the movable polarity contact. Two cams 43, 44 of a driver wheel 45 engage alternately in the Maltese cuts 40, 41 of the crank 42 and are mounted on the shaft end 46 of the selector shaft 25 of the turner is. The driver wheel 45 is provided on its lower side with a ring gear 47, and with this ring gear a further operating fork 48 works together, one end of which is designed as a toothed segment 49 and the fork opening 50 also for the entry of the roller seated on the drive pulley 13 of the selector 33 is provided. The actuating fork 48 is mounted on the same shaft 31, which also serves to mount the actuating fork 30 for actuating the turner.

When considering the switching step on the tap selector that is decisive for the turning operation, the function is as follows: the drive disk 13 is rotated by the crank 15 through the angle CC in the direction of the arrow to carry out the selection step (FIG. 2). In this case, the roller 33 seated on the drive disk 13 first runs into the fork opening 50 of the upper actuating fork, which is responsible for actuating the polarity switch 4. The pivoting movement of the actuating fork 48 is transmitted to the driver wheel 45 via the toothed segment 49. Since this driver wheel 45 with its cam 43 already lies in the Maltese cut 40 of the crank 42, the crank 42 is immediately pivoted and with it a pivoting of the movable polarity contact 38 so that it runs onto the fixed polarity contacts 37 (FIG. 3). ' In the meantime, the fork opening 50 has become approximately congruent with the fork opening 32 of the lower actuating fork 30, which is responsible for actuating the turner 3. So now the lower operating fork 30 is also taken. Via its roller 29, which is located in a recess 28 of the crank 27 of the turner, the switching shaft 25 of the turner 3 is actuated, so that the movable turner contacts 26 change from the fixed turner contact 23 to the fixed turner contact 24 (FIG. 4). The driver wheel 45 performs an idling movement in that the cam 43 completely leaves the Maltese cut 40 and swivels around, while the cam 44 also swivels around and enters the Maltese cut 41 of the crank 42 of the movable polarity contact 38. In the further course, the roller 33 of the drive pulley 13 now leaves the fork opening 32 of the actuating fork 30, which is responsible for the turning actuation, so that this operating fork comes to rest. On the other hand, the actuating fork 48 is taken along a little, so that in this phase of the movement sequence, the movement transmitted to the driver wheel 45 leads to further pivoting of the crank 42 and thus to the opening of the polarity switch. It is immediately clear that the same sequence of movements takes place in reverse order when returning.
