Abstract

The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for actuating an electromagnetic switchgear comprising a switch position indicator, by means of a leading contact that closes a circuit to supply current to an actuating coil of an electromagnet. Main contacts of the switchgear close just after the leading contact. The electromagnet holds all of the contacts in their actuated positions until current through its coil is interrupted.

Description

The invention relates to an electromagnetic switching device with a switch position indicator and a leading, with the actuating coil in series button.

In a known switching device of the type mentioned above (DE-PS 592 266), the pushbutton is the auxiliary contact, which can be brought into the switched-on position regardless of the switch armature in the switched-off position and closes the circuit for holding the contactor, the auxiliary contact being brought into the pull-in position freely following contact armature is held. In this switching device there are therefore separate holding means for the main contacts, so that no reliable assignment between the main and auxiliary contacts can be guaranteed.

An arrangement for switching on a consumer is also known (DE-OS 27 32 914), in which the contactor contacts are switched on mechanically and the circuit for the actuating coil is only closed when the contactor contacts are closed. Here the switch in the circuit of the actuating coil is mechanically coupled to the contactor contacts and the switch is used to switch on the consumer The actuator coil is only energized after the main contacts have been closed.

The invention has for its object to provide a switching device of the above type, which ensures with little effort using the switch position indicator as an actuator that switching on the electromagnetic switching device in the presence of normally closed contacts, which are operated by monitoring or protective devices, prevented with certainty becomes. This object is achieved in a simple manner in that the switch position indicator connected to the armature and holding all the movable contact parts is arranged and designed such that only the normally open contact forming the one button is closed at its maximum actuation path. If the switching device is accommodated in a housing, it is advantageous if an extension plunger which actuates the switch position indicator is provided.

An exemplary embodiment according to the invention is described with the aid of the drawing.

  • Fig. 1 die Schaltungsanordnung gemäß der Erfindung,
Show it:
  • 1 shows the circuit arrangement according to the invention,
  • Fig. 2 shows the circuit arrangement according to the invention using a main contact as a one-button and using a separate normally open auxiliary contact.
  • Fig. 3 shows the structural design for performing the circuit.

According to the circuit arrangement shown in FIG. 1, the three-phase motor 1 is connected to the mains supply lines phase 4, 5 and 6 via the electromagnetic switching device 2 and the overcurrent release 3. The actuating coil 7 of the electromagnetic switching device 2 is connected on one side to the MP conductor 8 and is connected to phase 6 with the other connection phase via the normally open contact 11 of the electromagnetic switching device 2, the off button 10 and the break contact 9 of the overcurrent release 3. The normally open contact 11 is formed so that it switches on before the main contacts 12 if the switch position indicator 13 is actuated. The switching position indicator 13, which can be part of the contact bridge support of the electromagnetic switching device, projects beyond the housing 14 of the electromagnetic switching device only to such an extent that, without the aid of tools or other aids, only a contact bridge with the fixed contact parts 15, 16 in FIG. 2. indicated by dashed lines, can come into contact. The contact bridge with the fixed contact parts 15, 16 forms the make contact 11. The main contacts 12 are also indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 2. They are arranged below the leading NO contact 11. The actuation of the switch position indicator 13 can be actuated by means of an extension plunger 17 which is displaceably mounted in the wall 18 of an additional housing. The actuating foot of the extension plunger 17 can have such a large area that the switch position indicator 13 is automatically prevented from being pushed under the contour of the housing 14. The same success can be achieved with a hollow at the foot of the extension plunger 17.

The circuit according to FIG. 2 provides that the leading contact is also a main contact. The coil 7 is here advantageously with one connection via the opener 9 of the overcurrent release 3, the off button 10, the leading NO contact 11 and the overcurrent release 3 itself at phase 6 and with the other connection on the MP conductor 8. The here The circuit shown can be used in particular for smaller outputs where a two-phase shutdown is permissible. It has the advantage of saving additional auxiliary contact.

If the extension plunger 17 or the switch position indicator 13 is now pressed in, the leading NO contact closes. The main contacts 12 are still fully open at this moment. The actuating coil 7 receives voltage from phase 6 according to the example of FIG. 2 via the overcurrent release 3, the normally open contact 11, the off button 10 and the break contact 9; the other side of the actuating coil 7 is located on the MP conductor 8, so that the current flows through the actuating coil and ensures that the electromagnetic switching device 2 is switched on again. By pushing the moving parts of the electromagnetic switching device - shown in dashed lines in Fig. 2 - on the switch position indicator, the static friction is already overcome, so that the magnetic system of the electromagnetic switching device can pull through more easily, i.e. it requires less power and thus a lower design of the Magnet system required. If at the moment the opener 9, which is acted upon by the overcurrent release 3 in the present case, or any other opener which is looped into the circuit and is operated by monitoring or safety devices, the electromagne can be closed by actuating the switch position indicator 13 switchgear can not be switched on, which means that a fault-free shutdown in the event of a malfunction is ensured with the appropriate trip release.

It can be seen that the circuit arrangement according to the invention and its construction can significantly reduce the wiring effort and also the material expenditure with regard to additional buttons and contacts compared to known arrangements, without questioning the safety of the device.
