Claims (7)

1. Apparat zum automatischen Füllen von Säkken an rotierenden Sackfüllmaschinen (1) mit einem Karussell (15), das mit Tragarmen (17, 17', 17") versehen ist, an deren Enden Steckzangen (19) zum Ergreifen je eines Sackes (8) an seinem mit offenem Mund versehenen Ende vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Karussell (15) durch die Sackfüllmaschine (1) in Rotation bringbar ist, dies infolge des Eingriffes der auf den Tragarmen (17, 17', 17") angeordneten Greifmittel (21, 23) in ein Synchrongetriebe (25, 26), das an der Sackfüllmaschine (1 ) angebracht ist und einen synchronen Antrieb des Karussells (15) mit der Sackfüllmaschine (1) ermöglicht, derart dass durch Gleiten der Steckzange (19) in einer Rinne (25) des an der Sackfüllmaschine (1) in der Achse des Auslaufrohres (2) montierten Synchrongetriebes, der offene Mund des Sackes (8) frontal auf ein Auslaufrohr (2) der Sackfüllmaschine einfädelbar ist.

Apparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifmittel des Karussells (15) aus zwei Rollen (21, 23) bestehen, die in zwei übereinanderliegenden Ebenen am oberen Ende einer vertikalen Welle (20) angeordnet sind, die in einem Lager (18) am Kopf jedes Tragarms (17,17', 17") des Karussells (15) drehbar ist und deren unteres Ende mit der Steckzange (19) verbunden ist, wobei die erste Rolle (21) in der Achse der Welle (20) und die zweite Rolle (23) auf dem Kopf eines horizontalen Arms (22) angeordnet sind, der parallel zur horizontalen Achse der Steckzange (19) mit der Welle (20) fest verbunden ist.

Apparat nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Synchrongetriebe (25,26) aus zwei umgekehrten U- Rinnen (25,26) gebildet ist, wobei die erste (25) geradlinig, unmittelbar mit der Sackfüllmaschine (1) verbunden und in der Achse des Auslaufrohres (2) der Sackfüllmaschine (1) angebracht ist, und wobei die zweite (26) in der Verlängerung der ersten angeordnete, ein gebogenes, sich gegen das Ende erweiterndes Konusprofil aufweisende Rinne (26) von der ersten Rinne (25) getragen wird und um eine vertikale Welle (29) in einer horizontalen Ebene aus einer ersten Stellung in eine zweite Stell ung und umgekehrt schwenkbar ist, um die Rollen (21, 23) einhängen zu können oder nicht.

Apparat nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Rinne (26) immer entfernt ist, wenn die Steckzange (19) nach dem Zusammenwirken mit dem Auslaufrohr (2) ausfährt, da ein auf dem Synchrongetriebe (25, 26) angebrachter, L-förmiger Hebel (36) mit einer ersten, nahe der Steckzange (19) fest angeordnete Kurvenscheibe (42) zusammenwirkt, und die zweite Rinne (26) zeitweise entfernt ist, wenn das Vorhandensein eines Sackes (8) am herbeigeführten Auslaufrohr (2) angezeigt ist, da ein Kolben (45) eine bewegliche Kurvenscheibe (44) steuert, die gegenüber dem Einlass der Steckzange (19) angeordnet ist, wobei der Kolben (45) beim Vorhandensein eines Sackes (8) vor dem Auslaufrohr (2) durch einen Feststellkreis steuerbar ist.

Apparat nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anschliessend an einen Längsteil der ersten geraden Rinne des Synchrongetriebes (25, 26) zwei gebogene Ansatzstücke (40, 41 ) vorgesehen sind, gegen welche, infolge der Entfernung in der Austrittsphase des gebogenen Abschnitts des Synchrongetriebes (25, 26), die Rollen (21,23) anliegen, um die Zange (19) in die richtige Lage für die Aufnahme eines neuen Sackes (8) zu orientieren, wobei diese Lage durch das Anliegen der Rollen (21, 23) an einer zweiten festen Kurvenscheibe (43) berichtigt werden kann, die, von der Ausgangslage des Synchrongetriebes (25, 26) zur Abfüllage des Sackes (8), in der Laufbahn der Zange (19) liegt.

Apparat nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Säcke (8) mittels einer Vorrichtung (14) zum Öffnen des Mundes und zum Verschieben des Sackes auf die Steckzange (19) befestigbar sind, und dass eine mit Saugnäpfen (13) versehene, von oben nach unten und von vorne nach hinten bewegbare Stange, mit der ersten Bewegung das Öffnen des Mundes des Sackes (8) bewirkt, der mit der mit dem Mund versehenen Basis im flachen Zustand unter die Stange angeordnet ist, dies mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung (9) für die Entnahme und Vorplazierung des Sakkes und, mit der zweiten Bewegung den Mund zwischen die Krallen der Greifzangen (19) verschiebt, welche am Kopf der Arme (17, 17', 17") des Karussells (15) angeordnet sind, das in diesem Zeitpunkt gegenübersteht.
7. Apparat nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebung des Sackes (8) und der Vorrichtung (14) für das Öffnen des Mundes und die Verschiebung des Sackes beim Stillstand des Karussells erfolgt, das durch die Aussparungen einer fest mit der Welle des Karussells (15) verbundenen Kurvenscheibe (46), kombiniert mit einem Anhalte- und Federdruckelement (47), arretierbar ist.
