Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe für einen Einphasen-Transformator mit Wickelkern. aus Bandwerkstoff dadurch gelöst, daß beim Umgießen der Wicklungen parallel zur Wickelachse und parallel zu Seitenwänden eines vom Wickelkern durchsetzten Schachtähn-lichen Fensters mit rechteckigem Querschnitt zwei sich gegenüberliegende Flansche angegossen sind, daß die Innenseiten dieser auch zueinander parallelen Flansche etwa in der Ebene der Stirnseiten der Wickelkerne liegen, daß in den Innenseiten dieser Flansche in der Nähe des äußeren Randes und parallel hierzu Nuten zur Verankerung einer Kapselung für den Wickelkern liegen, daß die Oberfläche des Gießharzkörpers mindestens an den dem Wickelkern unmittelbar gegenüberliegenden Flächen eine geerdete Metallisierung trägt und daß der nach dem Einbringen des Wickelkernes zwischen den Flanschen verbleibende Raum mit Gießharz vergossen ist.According to the invention, this object is for a single-phase transformer with a winding core. Nach zweckmäßigen Ausgestaltungen ist vorgesehen, daß auf den Außenseiten der Flansche Anschlußbuchsen für berührungssichere wasserdichte Oberspannungskabelstecker und Bolzen für die in Schrumpfschlauchtechnik ebenfalls wasserdicht isolierten Unterspannungsanschlüsse angegossen sind oder daß zur Verwendung als Masttransformator auf den Außenseiten der Flansche stützerähnliche Durchführungen für die ober-und unterspannungsseitigen Netzanschlüsse angegossen sind. Um eine senkrechte Achse angeordnete Wicklungen 2 sind mit Kunstharz umgossen und dadurch nach außen hin vollständig gekapselt. Dieser Kunstharzguß der Wicklungen 2 ist auf zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten zu achsparallel und auch untereinander parallelen Flanschen 3 erweitert. Die Wicklungen 2 bestehen mindestens aus einer, vorzugsweise innenliegenden, Unterspannungswicklung und einer radial weiter ausßenliegenden Oberspannungswicklung.
Innerhalb der Wicklungen 2 ist in dem Gießharzumguß ein zur Wickelachse paralleles, zentrisches, schachtähnliches Fenster in dem Kunstharzumguß ausgespart. In dieses Fenster sind zwei symmetrisch zueinander angeordnete Wickelkerne 1 aus Bandwerkstoff eingeschichtet. Jeder dieser Wickelkerne 1 umschließt für sich allein die Wicklungen 2 und liegt dabei zwischen den Flanschen 3. Zur Verbesserung der Spannungsfestigkeit sind mindestens die unmittelbar zwischen den Wicklungen 2 einerseits und den Wickelkernen 1 andererseits liegenden Oberflächen des Kunstharzumgusses mit einer metallisierten Oberfläche 4 versehen und elektrisch leitend mit einem Erdungsleiter verbunden.Within the
Die Wicklungen 2 bilden zusammen mit ihrem Kunstharzumguß und den hierin eingeschachtelten Wickelkernen 1 annähernd einen Quader mit einer zwischen den Flanschrändern umlaufenden Vertiefung. Um auch die Wickelkerne 1 nach außen hin abzuschließen und dadurch vor Korrosion und vor mechanischer Beschädigung zu schützen wird in einem erneuten Gießvorgang diese Vertiefung rundum ebenfalls mit einer Gießharzschicht 10 ausgefüllt. Zur Verankerung dieser Gießharzschicht 10 sind auf der Innenseite der Flansche 3 in der Nähe von deren Rändern Nuten 5 vorgesehen. Der nach außen hin nunmehr vollständig glattwandige Transformator wird je nach Verwend-' ungszweck mit Korrosionsschutz und elektrisch wirksamen Abschirmschichten versehen.The
Anstelle einer Gießharzschicht 10 um die Wickelkerne 1 nach der Erfindung kann die umlaufende Vertiefung zwischen den Flanschen 3 auch durch Umwickeln der Wickelkerne 1 mit einem Band 6 aus schrumpffähigem Werkstoff ausgefüllt werden. Bei dieser Ausführungsform werden insbesondere die Ecken der Flansche 3 so abgerundet, daß sich nach dem Einwickeln des schrumpffähigen Bandes 6 ein absatzfreier Abschlußmantel für den wiederum quaderförmigen Transformator ergibt. Zusätzlich zu dem schrumpffähigen Band 6 ist es in vielen Fällen zweckmäßig, diese Anordnung durch eine Bandage 7 zu umschließen, wobei die Bandage 7 vor allem zur Verbesserung des Korrosionsschutzes beiträgt.Instead of a
