Abstract
Bei einer Brennstoffeinspritzvorrichtung für Brennkraft maschinen mit einer Brennstoffzufuhrsteuereinrichtung und einem Einspritzventil, das einen an eine Brennstofförderein richtung über eine durch eine Brennstoffabsperrvorrichtung absperrbare Brennstoffzuleitung angeschlossenen Brenn stoffvorlageraum und eine mittels einer elektrohydraulischen Steuereinrichtung taktweise in Öffnungs- und Schließ stellung bewegbare Düsennadel aufweist, ist zur Über wachung der Tätigkeit und Feststellung eines Störungsfalles derselben erfindungsgemäß eine Düsennadelhub- Kontrolleinrichtung vorgesehen. Diese besteht aus einem mit der Düsennadel zusammenwirkenden Nadelhubindikator mit Steuerschaltung sowie einer daran angeschlossenen, ihrer seits mit einer Alarmeinrichtung und oder der Brennstoffab sperrvorrichtung verbundenen, elektronische Auswertor gane aufweisenden Überwachungseinrichtung. Die Überwa chungseinrichtung ist dabei in der Lage, praktisch alle an der Düsennadel und deren Bewegungsablauf möglicherweise entstehende, durch den Nadelhubindikator signalisierte Stö rungsfälle auszuwerten und im Störungsfalle ein Notstopp- Signal abzugeben, durch das entweder nur der oder die Zylin der mit dem eine defekte Düsennadel aufweisenden Ein spritzventil oder alle Zylinder der Brennkraftmaschine abschaltbar sind. Außerdem wird durch das Notstopp-Signal eine nachgeschaltete Alarmeinrichtung aktiviert, die exakt den Ort der Störung signalisiert und somit eine rasche Scha densbehebung vor Ort ermöglicht.
