caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un corps support en équerre (1,2) formant un dièdre dont l'arête est perpendiculaire à la plaque tubulaire (18), chaque bras(13, 33) étant porté indépendamment l'un de l'autre et dans le dièdre extérieur par un chariot (6, 26) lui-même monté sur une glissière (5, 28) mobile sur le corps (1,2), avec des moyens télécommandés (8, 28, 20, 40) indépendants pour déplacer parallèlement à la plaque (18) chaque bras (12, 33) sur son chariot (6, 26), et chaque glissière sur le corps (1, 2) perpendiculairement à la plaque (18), et par le fait que dans le dièdre intérieur, libre du débattement des bras (13, 33) le corps (1, 2) comporte des guides (45, 46) pour supporter les outils en déplacement perpendiculairement à la plaque tubulaire (18).
