Die Erfindung betrifft ein Stütz- und Führungsgerüst gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a support and guide frame according to the preamble of
Stütz- und Führungsgerüste dieser Art sind bereits aus der DE-C Nr. 2 425 883 bekannt. Bei diesem bekannten Gerüst ist je Stützsegment eine von diesem unabhängige randseitige Rolle vorgesehen, die in Lagerböcken am Tragrahmen montiert ist, wobei die Lagerböcke mit Justiereinrichtungen zum Ausrichten dieser separaten Rolle versehen sind. Die einzelnen Stützsegmente werden im Reparaturfall entlang von Ausbauschienen ohne separate Rolle zwischen benachbarten Stützsegmenten hochgezogen und dann mit einem Kran zur Werkstätte geführt. Reparierte oder Austauschsegmente werden in gleicher Weise ohne separate Rolle zwischen benachbarten Stützsegmenten über die Ausbauschienen wiederum eingesetzt, wobei die Schwierigkeit besteht, daß eine Justierung der am Tragrahmen montierten Rolle notwendig ist.Support and guide frames of this type are already known from DE-C No. 2 425 883. In Fig. 1 sind mit 1 und 2 benachbarte Teile des Tragrahmens gezeigt, die bei 3 in einem schwenkbaren Festlager und bei 4 in einem Loslager an einem Bolzen 5 gelagert sind. Der hakenförmige Teil 6 dieser Tragrahmenteile enthält einen in Richtung der Krümmung bzw. Tangente des Bogens gerichteten Schlitz, so daß bei Wärmeeinwirkung eine Ausdehnung der Tragrahmenteile ohne Versetzungen erfolgen kann. Die Tragrahmenteile enthalten nach innen zu bearbeitende Stützflächen 7, 7', an denen sich jeweils ein Stützsegment 8, 8' abstützt. Diese Stützsegmente besitzen bearbeitete, an die Stützflächen 7, 7' passende Gegenflächen 9, 9', so daß der Einbau der einzelnen Segmente ohne Passungsarbeit im Austauschfall leicht möglich ist. Zwischen den Stützflächen 7, 7' befindet sich eine Tasche 10 von trapezförmigem Querschnitt. Eine weitere Tasche 11 bzw. Ausnehmung von rechteckigem Querschnitt befindet sich jeweils an der Stirnseite benachbarter Stützsegmente. In den Stützsegmenten 8, 8' sind die Rollen 12 der Innenbahn und die Rollen 13 der Außenbahn im Abstand voneinander gegenüberliegend gelagert, wobei jeweils die randseitige erste Rolle, die mit 14 bezeichnet ist, lösbar am Stützsegment befestigt ist, und zwar derart, daß sie an einem Querträger 15 gelagert ist, welcher seinerseits mit Schrauben 16 am Segment befestigbar ist. Es können jedoch statt nur einer Rolle auch zwei oder mehrere Rollen der äußeren Führungsbahn am Querträger 15 montiert sein, was dann vorteilhaft ist, wenn bei enger Rollenteilung und großen Strangdicken die Platzverhältnisse beengt sind. Die Querträger 15 liegen im eingebauten, gießbereiten Zustand, wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt, den Taschen 10 bzw. 11 gegenüber. Beim Ausbau eines Stützsegmentes, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, wird der Querträger 15 mit der Rolle 14 vom Stützsegment gelöst und in die Tasche 10 abgesetzt. Sodann kann das Stützsegment 8' auf Ausbauschienen 17 geführt ausgebaut werden, worauf der zwischenzeitlich abgesetzte Querträger 15 mit der Rolle 14 nachgeholt werden kann. Dieser Querträger mit der Rolle 14 kann vorteilhaft seitlich aus der Anlage herausgezogen werden. In der Werkstätte werden die Rollen des Ausbaustützsegmentes 8' nachgearbeitet und die Rolle 14 bei dieser Nacharbeitung mitangepaßt, so daß zwischen der lösbaren und den übrigen Rollen keine Versetzungsstellen vorkommen können.The
Der Einbau des Stützsegmentes erfolgt in umgekehrter Arbeitsweise durch Absetzen bzw. Einziehen des Querträgers 15 mit der Rolle 14 in die Tasche und nachfolgendes Einführen des Stützsegmentes über die Schienen 17. Da die Verbindungslöcher zwischen dem Querträger 15 und dem Stützsegment 8' vorgebohrt sind, sind Passungsarbeiten an der Anlage nicht mehr erforderlich.
