Claims (6)

1. An electric switch having contact supports which are accommodated in a common housing (1) so as to be movable with respect to one another, are equipped with differently polarized permanent magnetic fields and can be displaced by means of actuation members (2, 3) between a position, in which their differently polarized fields are opposite such that they attract one another, and a position in which their equally polarized fields are opposite so as to repel one another, characterized in that the housing (1) completely encloses the actuation members (2, 3), which are themselves formed as contact supports, and can be moved and/or deformed in order to displace them.

A switch as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the substantially parallelepipedal housing (1) can be deformed from a shape with, for example, an approximately rectangular or square cross-section into a shape with a different cross-section, e. g. rhombic or rhomboid in order to displace the actuation members (2, 3) enclosed therein with respect to one another (Figure 1).
3. A switch as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that at least one of the actuation members (2, 3) is disposed movably, preferably loosely, e. g. pivotably or rotatably, inside the housing (1), whereas at least one opposite actuation member is connected to the housing (1).
4. A switch as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the housing (1) and/or at least one of the actuation members (2, 3) is circular, if necessary itself embodies or bears one of the actuation members and is rotatable with respect to the other actuation member.
5. A switch as claimed in one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the housing (1) together with an actuation member (3) disposed rigidly therein is displaceable, preferably rotatable or pivotable, in relation to a stationary actuation member (2) (Figure 2).
6. A switch as claimed in one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the housing (1) contains two actuation members (2, 3) which are displaceable with respect to one another in a parallel manner and can be moved out of a rest position, in which they repel one another, towards one another as required in order to emit a pulse at random and subsequently return to the rest position as a result of repulsion.
