Claims (28)

1. Abnehmbares Druckelement für Hammerdrucker mit einem Rad mit radialen Buchstabenträgern (27) und einer Kassette (1), die das Rad (2) fast ganz umfaßt, wobei letzteres sich axial in der Kassette (1) bewegen kann und durch eine Feder (48) elastisch gegen eine der Seiten (6) der Kassette (1) gedrückt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seite (6) der Kassette (1) mit einer asymmetrischen Ausrichtöffnung (7) versehen ist, und daß die angrenzende Seite des Rades (2) mit einem erhabenen Ausrichtelement (29) versehen ist, dessen Form zu derjenigen der Ausrichtöffnung (7) komplementär ist, und sich dieser gegenüber befindet, wobei dieses erhabene Ausrichtelement (29) durch den Druck der Feder (48) in die Ausrichtöffnung (7) einzudringen vermag und auf diese Weise das Rad (2) im innern der Kassette (1) in einer vorbestimmten unveränderlichen Winkelposition um seine Achse zu blockieren vermag, wenn das Druckelement nicht zum Drucken benützt wird, wobei sich das erhabene Ausrichtelement (29) von der Ausrichtöffnung (7) dann löst, wenn das Rad (2) von der Seite (6) der Kassette zum Drucken abgehoben wird.
2. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rad (2) mit einer schalenförmigen Nabe (26) versehen ist, mit der das erhabene Ausrichtelement (29) fest verbunden ist.
3. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das erhabene Ausrichtelement (29) auf der konvex gewölbten Seite der Nabe (26) befindet.
4. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf den Buchstabenträgern (27) angebrachten Zeichen (28) an deren freien Enden an der konkav gewölbten Seite der Nabe (26) angeordnet sind.
5. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 3 bzw. 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nabe (26) an der konkav gewölbten Seite einen Zapfen (46) aufweist, der auf der Rotationsachse des Rades (2) zentriert ist.
6. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe des Zapfens (46) größer ist als die Vertiefung der Nabe (26), und daß das Ende (50) des Zapfens (46) kugelförmig ist.
7. Druckelement gemäß irgend einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erhabene Ausrichtelement (29) mit einer Vertiefung (30) versehen ist.
8. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an dem tiefsten Teil der Vertiefung (30) eine erhabene Zone (31) befindet, die die Form einer Krone aufweist, die auf die Rotationsachse des Rades (2) zentriert ist.
9. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tiefe der zentralen Bohrung (32) der kronenförmigen Zone (31) größer ist ais diejenige der Vertiefung (30).
10. Druckelement gemäß irgend einem der Patentansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (30) mit einer in Bezug auf die Rotationsachse des Rades (2) außermittigen Öffnung (41) versehen ist.
11. Druckelement gemäß irgend einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seite (6) der Kassette (1) die Vorderseite bildet, wenn die Kassette an einem Drucker angebaut ist, wobei die vordere Seite durch zwei Seitenteile (9, 10) mit einer Rückseite (5) verbunden ist, und eine (13, 14, 15) der Seiten der Kassette (1) für das Einsetzen und das Entnehmen des Rades (2) offen bleibt.
12. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die offene Seite (13, 14, 15) dem unteren Teil der Kassette (1) entspricht, wenn diese an einem Drucker angebaut ist.
13. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderseite (6) mit einer Öffnung (8) zur Durchführung des Hammers des Druckers versehen ist.
14. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 12 bzw. 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Papierführung (24) fest mit der Rückseite (5) der Kassette (1) verbunden ist.
15. Druckelement gemäß irgend einem der Patentansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es am oberen Teil der Vorderseite (6) mit einer Bandführung (21) versehen ist.
16. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderseite (6) und die Seitenteile (9, 10) zusammen ein Gehäuse (4) bilden, das mit innenliegenden Halterungselementen zur Halterung der Bandführung (21) versehen ist.
17. Druckelement gemäß irgend einem der Patentansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der offenen Seite angrenzenden unteren Ecken (13, 14) der Vorderseite (6) und der Rückseite (5) abgeschrägt sind.
18. Druckelement gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierführung (24) mit einer Öffnung (25) zur Durchführung des Endes der Buchstabenträger (27) versehen ist, wobei sich diese Öffnung (25) gegenüber der Öffnung (8) zur Durchführung des Hammers befindet.

Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Teil der Vorderseite (6) der Kassette (1) mit zwei ansteigenden Rampen (16, 17) versehen ist, die jeweils in der Nähe eines Seitenteils (9, 10) beginnen und bei der Öffnung (8) enden, die den Durchtritt des Hammers erlaubt.
20. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderseite (6), die Rückseite (5) und die Seitenteile (9, 10) der Kassette (1) so gestaltet sind, daß nur der gegenüber der Ausrichtöffnung (7) befindliche Bereich des Rades (2) für die Bedienungsperson zugänglich ist.
21. Druckelement gemäß irgend einem der Patentansprüche 11 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückseite (5) der Kassette (1) mit Haltevorrichtungen (52) zum Halten der Feder (48) in einer vorbestimmten Position in Bezug auf die Ausrichtöffnung (7) versehen ist.

Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderseite (16) und die Rückseite (15) so weit voneinander entfernt sind, daß die Feder (48) an der Vorderseite (6) der Kassette (1) anliegt, wenn diese nicht mit einem Rad (2) versehen ist, wobei die Vorderseite (6) dann dazu beiträgt, die Feder (48) in den Haltevorrichtungen (52) zu halten.
23. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 21 bzw. 22 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorrichtungen (52) durch eine Vertiefung in der Rückseite (5) gebildet sind.
24. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (52) sich gegenüber der Ausrichtöffnung (7) befindet.
25. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (48) eine flexible Lamelle mit einem zur Öffnung (7) hinreichenden gewölbten mittleren Teil (51) ist, deren Enden (57, 58) sich in der Vertiefung (52) der Rückseite (5) der Kassette befinden.
26. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flexible Lamelle (48) parallel zur Einführungs- und Entnahmerichtung des Rades (2) in die Kassette (1) verläuft.
27. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der flexiblen Lamelle (48), zumindest an dem Teil, der der Ausrichtöffnung (7) gegenüberliegt, größer ist als diejenige der Öffnung (7).
28. Druckelement gemäß Patentanspruch 6 und. irgend einem der Patentansprüche 21 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (46) an der Feder (48) anliegt, wobei diese beim Druck als Auflage für die Drehung des Rades (2) dient.
