Abstract

In loading gear for heavy pieces (10) of rock having three ropes (18, 20, 30) which come from a central eye (16) and have attachment devices at their free ends, one (30) of the three ropes (18, 20, 30) is at least approximately twice as long as the two other ropes (18, 20). This one rope (30) is run over a rope pulley (28) attached to the central eye (16) and is provided at each of the two ends with an attachment device. The load of a piece (10) of rock hanging on the loading gear is thereby distributed substantially uniformly over the three ropes. Each attachment device consists of a hook (36) having a leg (38) designed for inserting into a drill hole (42) in the piece (10) of rock to be loaded and of an eye (22, 24, 32, 34) which is fastened to the relevant rope end and into which one each of the hooks (36) can be put.

Description

The invention relates to a loading harness for heavy rocks with three ropes starting from a central eyelet and having hangers at their free ends.

Loading harnesses of this type with three ropes firmly attached to the central eyelet have proven their worth when loading general cargo of all kinds; they result in a statically determined suspension, whereby a uniform loading of the three ropes can be ensured by a favorable choice of the attachment points of the towing device on the piece goods. Loading harnesses with four ropes firmly attached to a central eyelet are also known for loading piece goods, which, because of its shape, are more suitable for four-point suspension. However, such four-point suspensions are statically overdetermined with the consequence that all four ropes only come into play if the arrangement of the fastening points on the load is matched to the rope lengths with an accuracy corresponding to the rope elasticity. This requirement can be met with sufficient accuracy in the case of industrially produced piece goods, for example precast concrete parts, but not in the case of coarse boulders, for example made of basalt, which are suitable for coastal protection in particularly heavily used dike sections. Up to now, such stones have usually been loaded with multi-armed gripping devices, so-called polyps. However, the use of such devices for loading particularly heavy rocks with a weight of the order of up to 10 t stands in the way that polyps suitable for such loads have a weight of the order of 4 to 5 t, so that the total weight of the polyp and payload the load capacity of the available cranes generally exceeds.

The object of the invention is therefore to create a loading harness with which heavy rocks, the weight of which is only slightly below the load capacity of the available crane, can be handled particularly safely.

The task is, based on a loading harness of the type described above, achieved according to the invention in that one of the three ropes is at least approximately twice as long as the other two ropes, is guided over a rope pulley attached to the central eyelet and at both ends with a hitch is provided.

The loading tackle according to the invention enables a statically determined four-point suspension since the rope running over the rope pulley always adjusts itself so that its two hitching devices take up the same load shares.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, each hitch has a hook that has a leg designed for insertion into a borehole in the rock to be loaded. The attachments show lines also preferably each have an eyelet attached to the relevant rope end, into each of which one of the hooks can be hung.

An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to a schematic drawing.

Es zeigt:

  • Fig. 1 ein erfindungsgemäßes Verladegeschirr, dessen Bestandteile sämtlich in einer gemeinsamen Ebene ausgebreitet sind;
  • Fig. 3 die zugehörige Draufsicht.
It shows:
  • F ig. 1 an inventive loading harness, the components of which are all spread out in a common plane;
  • F ig. 2 the loading tableware when lifting a rock in side view; and
  • Fig. 3 shows the associated top view.

34 befestigt.The loading harness shown has the task of reliably connecting a rock 10 to a hoist, in particular a heavy-duty crane. The loading tableware includes a hook eye 12 which can be hooked into a crane hook or the like (not shown) and is connected to a central eye 16 by a rope 14. At the central eyelet 16, two ropes 18 and 20 are attached, each carrying an eyelet 22 and 24 at their free end. A shackle 26, on which a cable pulley 28 is mounted, is also suspended in the central eyelet 16. A cable 30 is guided over the cable pulley 28 and is approximately twice as long as each of the two cables 18 and 20. At the two ends of the cable 30, a further eyelet 32 or 34 is attached.

In each of the eyelets 22, 24, 32 and 34 there is a hook 36 which has a longer leg 38 and a shorter leg 40 bent at right angles thereto. The hooks 36 are inserted with its longer leg 38 into a horizontal borehole 42 in the rock 10 and held there at least by friction. If necessary, the legs 38 can be additionally fastened in the boreholes 42 with a special mortar based on synthetic cement. In this case, the hooks 36 can remain as lost components of the loading tackle in the rock 10 if it has been sunk, for example, to reinforce a dike or other coastal protection structure.
