Claims (6)

1. Etiketten-Positionierungsvorrichtung für eine Beschriftungsmaschine, mit deren Hilfe-Etiketten aufeinanderfolgend beschriftet werden, mit einem drehbar im Rahmen der Beschriftungsmaschine gelagerten Vorschubrad (9), welches auf seinem Umfang mit einer Etiketten-Vorschuboberfläche (35) versehen ist, welche mit einem Etikettenband (8) zusammenwirkt, um dasselbe in eine vorbestimmte Richtung zu fördern, einem Positionierungsglied (29), welches verschwenkbar mit dem Rahmen der Beschriftungsmaschine derart verbunden ist, daß es zwischen einer ersten Stellung und einer zweiten Stellung verdrehbar ist, wobei sich das Positionierungsglied in seiner ersten Stellung im Abstand von der Etiketten-vorschuboberfläche des Vorschubrades befindet, so daß dazwischen eine Öffnung gebildet ist, und sich das Positionierungsglied in seiner zweiten Stellung dicht am Positionierungsglied befindet, um einen Spalt dazwischen auszubilden, der im wesentlichen eine der Dicke des Etikettenbandes (8) entsprechende Dicke besitzt, einer drehbar im Rahmen der Beschriftungsmaschine gelagerten Schwenkachse (18); einem Arm-Mechanismus (25 bis 28), dessen eines Ende an der Schwenkachse befestigt ist und dessen anderes Ende mit dem Etiketten-Positionierungsglied verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse eine Betätigungswelle bildet, mit deren Hilfe eine Betätigungskraft auf das Etiketten-Positionierungsglied übertragbar ist, daß das andere Ende des Arm-Mechanismus verschwenkbar mit dem Etiketten-Positionierungsglied (29) verbunden ist, daß eine Belastungseinrichtung (38) vorgesehen ist, um das Etiketten-Positionierungsglied in seine zweite Stellung zu belasten, und daß eine Druckbeaufschlagungszunge (16) vorgesehen ist, um das Etikettenband auf dem Vorschubrad zu führen, wobei diese Druckbeaufschlagungszunge mit Hilfe einer Federeinrichtung (17) belastet ist.

Etiketten-Positionierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm-Mechanismus (25 bis 28) aufweist zwei paarweise ausgebildete Betätigungsarme (25), deren eines Ende an der Betätigungswelle (18) befestigt ist, ein die Betätigungsarme miteinander verbindendes Verbindungsglied (13, 24) und zwei paarweise ausgebildete Verbindungsarme (27), deren eine Enden schwenkbar mit den anderen Enden der Betätigungsarme verbunden sind, während ihre anderen Enden verschwenkbar mit dem Etiketten-Positionierungsglied (29) verbunden sind.

Etiketten-Positionierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Belastungseinrichtung zwei paarweise angeordnete Torsionsfedern (38) aufweist, deren erste Enden (38a) auf einer Führungsplatte (13) festgelegt sind und deren zweite Enden jeweils in den Betätigungsarmen (25) gehalten sind.
4. Etiketten-Positionierungsvorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, adaurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Riegelhebel (19) vorgesehen ist, der an dem einen Ende der Betätigungswelle (18) befestigt ist, so daß diese von Hand betätigbar ist.

Etiketten-Positionierüngsvorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckbeaufschlagungszunge (16) an der Rückseite der Führungsplatte (13) vorgesehen und derart in eine Richtung belastet ist, daß die in Anlage an die Rückseite der Führungsplatte bewegbar ist.

Etiketten-Positionierungsvorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei an beiden Kanten des Etiketten-Positionierungsgliedes (29) herabhängende Seitenplatten vorgesehen sind, um das Spiel des Etikettenbandes in Breitenrichtung einzustellen.
