Abstract

A contact bridge arrangement useful particularly in electromagnetic switchgear has a set of fixed contacts and a contact bridge which can be brought into active connection therewith. The contact bridge is movably guided in a window of a contact bridge carrier being spring loaded in the direction of the fixed contacts by a spring which is braced on a support part which is carried, in the active position, on parts fixed to the housing and which is elevated by a stop in the window of the contact bridge carrier. The support part is inserted between a spring cup and the stop in the window of the contact bridge carrier from the outside of the contact bridge assembly in a direction transverse to the direction of the spring loading.

Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte Schaltgerät besteht aus dem in dem Gehäuse 1 verschiebbar geführten Kontaktbrückenträger 2, der mit Fenstern 3 und 4 versehen ist, in denen Kontaktbrükken 5 verschiebbar entgegen der Kraft der Federn 6 geführt sind. Die Federn 6 stützen sich über die Federteller 7 an den Kontaktbrücken 5 einerseits ab und liegen über die Federteller 8 an einem Anschlag 9 bzw. 10 des Fensters 3 bzw. 4 an. Die in der Fig. 1 oben liegende Kontaktbrücke 5 arbeitet mit den Festschaltstücken 11 als Öffnerkontakt und mit den Festschaltstücken 12 arbeitet die Kontaktbrücke 5, die im Fenster 4 verschiebbar geführt ist, als Schliesserkontakt zusammen. Um einen im wesentlichen günstigeren Kraftbedarf und eine gleichmässige Kraftverteilung bei Bewegung des Kontaktbrückenträgers 2 über den gesamten Schaltweg zu erreichen, wird eine sogenannte Öffnerabstützung vorgesehen, die aus dem Schieber 13, der zwischen den Anschlag 9 im Kontaktbrückenfenster 4 und den Federteller 8 eingeschoben wird, besteht. In Fig. 1 ist der Schieber bereits zur Anlage am Federteller 8 gebracht; in Fig. 2 ist er in die Betriebslage eingeschoben. Um das Einschieben zu erleichtern, befinden sich an dem Anschlag 9 und dem Schieber 13 schräge Anlaufflächen 14 bzw. 15. Die gehäusefesten Teile, an denen sich der Schieber 13 abstützt, tragen die Bezugszeichen 16 bzw. 17 und sind treppenförmig angeordnet, d. h. in Einschubrichtung steigend ist die in der Zeichnung links liegende Abstützungsfläche (Teil 16) tiefer als die rechts liegende (Teil 17) angeordnet. Die Steigung ist derart vorgesehen, dass, nachdem der Federteller 8 von dem Anschlag 9 abgehoben ist und der Schieber 13 mit seiner Stärke zwischen beiden Teilen eingedrungen ist, die Anlauffläche 15 passend am Teil 17 anliegt und hiernach der Schieber 13 weiter angehoben wird. Ein Ausgleichsansatz 18 am Schieber 13 kommt zur Auflage am Teil 16. Claims (4)

1.
