Abstract
Zum Kontrollieren des nicht fixierten Inhaltes von verschlossenen Packungen auf Vollständigkeit werden die Packungen (1) in eine Schräglage gebracht. Ist der Inhalt unvollständig wird er durch die Schräglage verrutschen, wodurch sich die Gewichtsverteilung innerhalb der Packung ändert, was gemessen wird. Zur Sicherheit kann die Packung (1) anschließend in die entgegengesetzte Schräglage gebracht und die dabei auftretende Gewichtsverteilung ebenfalls gemessen werden. Eine in Laufrichtung geneigte Fördereinrichtung (6), z.B. ein endlos über Antriebs- und Führungsrollen (5) umlaufendes Transportband, wird durch eine Auflage (7) unterstützt. Unter Neigung in Laufrichtung soll sowohl eine aufwärts als auch eine abwärts gerichtete Neigung der Fördereinrichtung (6) bzw. der Auflage (7) verstanden werden. Die Kraftübertragungselemente (9) können zweckmäßig über reibungsfreie Führungselemente (8) mittels Halterung (11) in ihrer Position gehalten werden. Eine besondere Variante der Vorrichtung (nicht dargestellt) besteh; darin, daß die Fördereinrichtung sowohl aufwärts als auch abwärts geneigt ist und in beiden Teilabschnitten durch eine Auflage (7) unterstützt wird. Am Ende der Meßstrecke kann eine Vorrichtung (3), z.B. eine Ausblasdüse, zum selektiven Auswerfen der Packungen angeordnet sein. Auf beiden Seiten der Auflage (7) können Unterstützungselemente (4) für die Fördereinrichtung (6) angeordnet sein, um ein Durchhängen der Fördereinrichtung im Bereich der Meßstrecke zu vermeiden. Mit (1) soll die Packung angedeutet werden. Durch geeignet angebrachte Lichtschranken (2) oder ähnliches ist dafür zu sorgen, daß die Wägung immer dann vorgenommen wird, wenn die Packung jeweils eine bestimmte Lage in Bezug auf die Auflage (7) erreicht hat.
