Abstract

Leiutis kuulub optilise elektroonika valdkonda ja seda saab kasutada kõikvõimalike teekatendite pinna valguse peegeldust iseloomustavate suuruste, nagu sõidutee teekatendi pinna heleduse, heledusteguri, taandatud heledusteguri, värvsustemperatuuri, värvsuskoordinaatide, mõõtmiseks ja hindamiseks. Mõõtemeetodi ja selleks kasutatava seadme rakendamise tulemusena kohandatakse valgustussuuruste mõõtetingimused ja nendel tingimustel saadud valgustussuuruste väärtused võetakse tugiväärtusteks. Nendest väärtustest lähtuvalt saab leiutise põhjal järgnevalt reaalselt hinnata teekatendite valguse peegeldust iseloomustavate suuruste väärtusi kaasaegsete teede valgustamisel kasutatavate leedtehnikal põhinevate valgustuslahenduste ja kaasaegsete asfalt- ja betoonkatendite ja nendes kasutatud eri lisanditepuhul. Leiutise rakendamine võtab arvesse nähtava valguse spektraalse koostise mõju pinnetelt peegeldunud valguse hindamisel ning seega pakub välja liikluskeskkonnale ohutumaid ning efektiivsemaid lahendusi.
