Abstract

The present invention relates to a stepped multi-axis constant velocity joint comprising a first constant velocity joint comprising a first inner member with a curved spherical surface on a shaft, an outer element with a curved spherical inner surface and a ball separator. What is novel is that the stepped constant velocity joint comprises at least one second constant velocity joint surrounding the first constant velocity joint, comprising an arcuate spherical inner and outer connecting assembly, an arcuate spherical inner surface outer element and a ball separator, wherein the centers of all constant velocity joints are at one point and there is more than one output shaft.
