Abstract

Las regiones perforadas estám en elvasciones mayores por medio de métodos tales como la tensión de la cubierta o adhiriendo en parte la cubierta al cuerpo absorbente del producto o por sus combinaciones. Los microorificios pueden tener diferentes tamaños y formas. Una configuración provee un producto absorbente que tiene una cubierta con aberturas mayores que los microorificios, solas o agregadas a los microorificios, y un rea abierta mayor, de tal forma que los fluidos viscosos como por ejemplo la menstruación pueda fluir rápidamente a traves de ella, la cubierta tiene por ejemplo un grupo de aberturas mayor o por lo menos dos diferentes grupos de tamaños de aberturas. A further improvement in product acceptance and distribution is obtained by corona discharge treatment on one side of the film prior to microperforations and treating the microperforated film with a surfactant.
