Abstract
La presente invención provee un sistema constructivo modular novedoso que exhibe resistencia superior para soportar actividad sísmica, caracterizando por una combinación de módulos prefabricados que unidos entre sí forman paredes o particiones de viviendas o edificaciones en general, conteniendo en su interior una armadura estructural en el centro de los módulos y doblada a sus extremos. Esta armadura esta recubierta o fundida con una mezcla cementicia en cuyos extremos se forman unas aletas que sirven para rigidizar el panel en sentido trasversal permitiendo que sus módulos al ser unidos, tengan, verticalmente una gran estabilidad, facilitando los ensambles verticales y horizontales entre los módulos, dándole la forma final de [. El sistema unifica las estructuras on la mampostería del sistema tradicional, que a su vez también puede ser usado como cimientos y encofrados no recuperables, y además son parte estructural de una losa de piso.
