Abstract

"INSERTO PARA LATAS DE BEBIDAS EN GENERAL", el cual ha sido desarrollado para ser utilizado en asociación con latas (4) utilizadas como medio de envase de bebidas en general, tal como las utilizadas para la comercialización de refrescos, cervezas, jugos, etc. El inserto (1) es formado por una estructura principal (2); la estructura principal (2) del inserto (1) cuenta con una pared de cierre (5), que es unida al borde de la referida estructura principal (2) por una línea de picoteado (6), que permite, bajo condición de tracción, a que una porción (7) de la nombrada pared de cierre (5) pueda ser parcialmente o totalmente destacada por el rompimiento del material a lo largo de la línea de picoteado (6); la faz interna (12) de la porción de pared (7) cuenta con un sector de material (13) posicionado a lo largo del camino que el flujo de la bebida será obligado a seguir, al salir de la lata (4), tras la apertura de la misma.El inserto (21), en una primera variante constructiva, es formado por una estructura laminar de formato substancialmente rectangular deslizantemente montado en una moldura rectangular (22) formada por una estructura perfilada de contorno en "U" adaptada en la pared vertical de la lata (4), en su faz frontal y alineada con el plan de salida del líquido (L) proveniente de la apertura (11) de la pared superior (9) de la lata (4). En una segunda variante constructiva, el inserto (31) está comprendido por una estructura principal tubular, confeccionada en material semirrígido, presentando un formato cilíndrico hueco con líneas horizontales de pliegue y doblado, de manera a configurarse en el inserto (31) una superficie plisada y, consecuentemente retráctil, dimensionada para ser debidamente acoplada de manera axial y hermética por sobre y entorno a la región de la superior de la lata (4), utilizada para el acondicionamiento de bebidas en general, tales como refrescos, cervezas, jugos, etc.
