Abstract
La invención describe un compuesto esterioide que tiene la fórmula I: (gráfico), donde los enlaces con línea representan dobles enlaces opcionales; R6 es H, =CH2, -CH3 ó -CH2-CH3; R7 es H, C1-4- alquilo C2-5 alquenilo o C2-5 alquinilo, donde el grupo alquilo, alquenilo o alquinilo puede estar sustituido con 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno, elegidos independientemente del grupo de átomos de flúor o cloro; E representa, junto con los átomos de carbono 16 y 17 del esqueleto del esteroide, un anillo de cuatro a siete miembros, estando dicho anillo y en configuración cis con respecto al esqueleto del esteroide, comprendido opcionalmente uno o dos enlaces endocíclicos; o un profármaco del mismo. These compounds can be used in therapy and in methods for the selective modification of estrogen receptor activity.
