Abstract
Изобретение раскрывает новый стандартизированный жидкий экстракт прополиса и фармацевтический состав на основе указанного экстракта, способы их производства и применения. Жидкий экстракт получают экстракцией сырого прополиса экстракционным растворителем на основе смеси ПЭГ 200-600 (96,5-99,9 вес.%) и лецитинов (0,1-3,5 вес.%). Экстракт характеризуется стандартизированным содержанием п-кумаровой кислоты (1), транс-феруловой кислоты (2), кофейной кислоты (3) и CAPE (4). Экстракт используется в качестве активного ингредиента при производстве фармацевтических, косметических, ветеринарных, агрохимических или функциональных пищевых продуктов. Фармацевтический состав согласно изобретению состоит из 5-95 вес.% указанного экстракта прополиса и до 100% вспомогательных веществ, необходимых для производства различных лекарственных форм.The invention discloses a new standardized liquid propolis extract and a pharmaceutical composition based on said extract, methods for their production and use. A liquid extract is obtained by extraction of crude propolis with an extraction solvent based on a mixture of PEG 200-600 (96.5-99.9 wt%) and lecithins (0.1-3.5 wt%). The extract is characterized by a standardized content of p-coumaric acid (1), trans-ferulic acid (2), caffeic acid (3) and CAPE (4). The extract is used as an active ingredient in the production of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, veterinary, agrochemical or functional food products. The pharmaceutical composition according to the invention consists of 5-95 wt.% Of the specified propolis extract and up to 100% of auxiliary substances required for the production of various dosage forms.
