Abstract

Гибкий трубопровод содержит шланг (1) из эластичного материала с наружной армирующей спиральной обмоткой (14), соединительную арматуру на каждом конце шланга из эластичного материала в виде сквозного присоединительного выходного или входного штуцеров (3, 4) соответственно, и одной из двух одинаковых муфт (2). Между каждым штуцером (3, 4) и муфтой (2) заделан соответствующий конец шланга (1). Каждая муфта (2) выполнена полой с внутренней спиральной канавкой (10) вдоль продольной оси симметрии муфты (2). Спиральная канавка (10) муфты (2) имеет шаг витков, равный шагу витков спиральной обмотки (14) шланга. Каждый конец шланга (1) завинчен до упора в муфту (2). Каждый присоединительный штуцер (3 и 4) выполнен с цилиндрической поверхностью, запрессованной соосно муфте (2) в соответствующий конец шланга (1) из эластичного материала на участке последнего, завинченном в муфту (2), и с выступающей наружу резьбовой частью. При этом на каждом конце шланга (1) из эластичного материала присоединительный штуцер (3 или 4) и соответствующая муфта (2) зафиксированы от взаимного перемещения с помощью стопорного кольца (5), установленного в канавке, выполненной на наружной поверхности присоединительного штуцера (3 и 4), и выступающего в окна (13), выполненные в стенке муфты (2). Цилиндрическая поверхность для запрессовки каждого присоединительного штуцера (4, 5) выполнена наклонными с коническими выступами. Шланг (1) выполнен из эластичного материала в виде пищевого пластифицированного поливинил-хлорида и с наружной спиральной проволочной обмоткой (14) из поливинилхлорида (ПВХ). Стопорное кольцо (5) выполнено разрезным из пружинного материала, с плоскими боковыми поверхностями, опертыми на плоские стенки (10, 11) окон муфты (2) и с разрезом, концы которого выступают в окна (13), выполненные в стенке муфты (2). Each end of the hose (1) is screwed all the way into the coupling (2). Each connecting nipple (3 and 4) is made with a cylindrical surface pressed coaxially to the coupling (2) into the corresponding end of the hose (1) made of elastic material in the section of the latter screwed into the coupling (2), and with a threaded part protruding outward. In this case, at each end of the hose (1) made of elastic material, the connecting nipple (3 or 4) and the corresponding coupling (2) are fixed against mutual movement by means of a retaining ring (5) installed in a groove made on the outer surface of the connecting nipple (3 and 4), and protruding into the windows (13) made in the wall of the sleeve (2). The cylindrical surface for pressing in each connecting nipple (4, 5) is made inclined with conical protrusions. The hose (1) is made of an elastic material in the form of food grade plasticized polyvinyl chloride and with an outer spiral wire winding (14) made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The retaining ring (5) is split from a spring material, with flat side surfaces supported on flat walls (10, 11) of the coupling windows (2) and with a cut, the ends of which protrude into the windows (13) made in the coupling wall (2) ... The advantages are durability, since the hose is securely sealed between the coupling and the nipple, as well as the convenience and speed of pipeline installation.
