Abstract

Изобретение относится к системе и способу отделения кусков (9c), имеющих вторую плотность, от гранулированного материала. Система включает сепарационную емкость (2), содержащую первую боковую стенку (12), снабженную выпускным отверстием (6) емкости, днище (7), трубу (4), образующую канал (3a) для обеспечения возможности входа суспензия в емкость (2). Труба (4) имеет выпускное отверстие (4b) трубы, разнесенное с выпускным отверстием емкости и расположенное вертикально ниже выпускного отверстия (6). Сепарационная емкость (2) содержит уловитель (5) для сбора указанных кусков. Сепарационная камера (8a) имеет гидравлическое соединение с выпускным отверстием трубы для обеспечения возможности поступления суспензии в сепарационную камеру. Выпускное отверстие трубы находится в нижней трети сепарационной емкости и обращено к днищу емкости, так что суспензия течет вертикально через выпускное отверстие трубы по направлению к днищу, вызывая турбулентный поток суспензии в емкости.
