Изобретение относится к способу получения гамма-бутиробетаина из гамма-аминомасляной кислоты и диметилсульфата, в котором процесс осуществляют при температуре 0-5°C, в присутствии подходящего щелочного агента и диоксида углерода, с образованием соли гамма-бутиробетаина и монометилового эфира серной кислоты, дальнейшей экстракции указанной соли в подходящем растворителе и возможностью ее последующего превращения в цвиттер-ион (внутреннюю соль) гамма-бутиробетаина, либо в гидрохлорид гамма-бутиробетаина. Технический результат - разработан новый способ получения гамма-бутиробетаина высокой частоты и выходом, который находит свое применение для производства фармацевтических, пищевых и косметических средств и субстанций.The invention relates to a method for producing gamma-butyrobetaine from gamma-aminobutyric acid and dimethyl sulfate, in which the process is carried out at a temperature of 0-5 ° C, in the presence of a suitable alkaline agent and carbon dioxide, with the formation of a salt of gamma-butyrobetaine and monomethyl sulfuric acid ester, further extraction of said salt in a suitable solvent and the possibility of its subsequent conversion into a zwitterion (internal salt) of gamma-butyrobetaine or into gamma-butyrobetaine hydrochloride. EFFECT: developed a new method for producing gamma-butyrobetaine of high frequency and yield, which is used for the production of pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic products and substances.
