Abstract
Предложенный теплообменник (10) с конфигурацией тепловых труб для передачи тепла между первым и вторым технологическими потоками посредством теплопередающей среды содержит по меньшей мере один канал (19) первого технологического потока; по меньшей мере один канал (29) второго технологического потока и кожух (11), заключающий каналы (19, 29) первого и второго технологических потоков в некотором объеме (55). В результате процесса теплопередачи объем (55) полностью заполнен как паровой, так и жидкой фазами теплопередающей среды. Каналы (19, 29) первого и второго технологических потоков отделены друг от друга разделительной зоной (50), обеспечивающей возможность разделения указанных паровой и жидкой фаз под действием силы тяжести и ограничения накопления теплопередающей среды в жидкой фазе около указанного канала(ов) (19) первого технологического потока. Такие теплообменники могут быть использованы, среди прочих применений, для замены этапа мгновенного охлаждения в установке для процесса Байера.
