Изобретение относится к технологии приготовления вяжущих композиционных материалов низкой водопотребности (ВНВ) на основе портландцементного клинкера и может быть использовано при производстве самоуплотняющихся, высокопрочных и высококачественных бетонов для строительных конструкций. Технический результат изобретения характеризуется применением механоактивированных тонко молотых ультрадисперсных компонентов гранитоидных пород путем гравитационно-аэродинамической каскадной сепарации гранитоидной сырьевой смеси. Вяжущее низкой водопотребности (ВНВ) включает портландцементный клинкер, минеральную добавку и водопонижающий компонент. Согласно изобретению в ВНВ введены тонко молотые компоненты ультрадисперсных гранитоидных пород фракций от 0,0001 до 160 мкм химического состава, мас.%: SiO2 - 50-65; Al2O3 - 7-17,2; Na2O - 2,2-6,4; MgO - 2,75-2,8; K2O - 3,4-4,6; CaO - 4,0-7,3; TiO2 - 0,7-1,8; Fe2O3 - 5,1-16,1; SO3 - 0,1-0,35; Cl - 0,04-0,3; BaO - 0,1-0,5; P2O5 - 0,2-0,9; ппп - 0,5-1,9, с пуццолановой активностью до 80 мг/г, при следующем содержании компонентов, мас.%: портландцементный клинкер СЕМ - 45-90; тонко молотые гранитоидные породы - 10-35; порошкообразный поликарбоксилатный пластификатор - 0,5-2,0.The invention relates to a technology for the preparation of binding composite materials of low water demand (VNV) based on Portland cement clinker and can be used in the production of self-compacting, high-strength and high-quality concretes for building structures. According to the invention, finely ground components of ultradispersed granitoid rocks of fractions from 0.0001 to 160 microns of chemical composition, wt% are introduced into VNV: SiO2 - 50-65; Al2O3 7-17.2; Na2O 2.2-6.4; MgO 2.75-2.8; K2O 3.4-4.6; CaO 4.0-7.3; TiO2 - 0.7-1.8; Fe2O3 5.1-16.1; SO3 - 0.1-0.35; Cl - 0.04-0.3; BaO - 0.1-0.5; P2O5 0.2-0.9; PPP - 0.5-1.9, with pozzolanic activity up to 80 mg / g, with the following content of components, wt%: Portland cement clinker CEM - 45-90; finely ground granitoid rocks - 10-35; powdered polycarboxylate plasticizer - 0.5-2.0.
