Abstract

В настоящем изобретении предложены растения сорго, способные индуцировать гаплоидию посредством модификаций в геноме, относящихся к пыльцеспецифичной экспрессированной пататин-фосфолипазе, продуцирующей гаплоидное потомство, и которые могут быть продуцированы для гибридного скрещивания за короткое время посредством удвоения хромосом у инбредных линий, то есть гомозиготных отцовской и материнской линий. Кроме того, предложены способы продуцирования индукторов гаплоидов трансгенных и нетрансгенных растений или повышения эффективности индукции растений.
