Изобретение относится к мануальной терапии, в частности к лечению позвоночника, а также к профилактике и реабилитации. Технический результат - повышение эффективности процедуры. Способ заключается в том, что перед процедурой определяют и помечают точки массажа в паравертебральной зоне, расположенные в области проблемных позвонков. Пациент размещается на массажном столе, в намеченные точки устанавливают массажный штифт с нажимом до уровня появления болевого ощущения. Во время процедуры пациент выполняет движение ногами с темпом 20-40 колебаний в минуту. Длительность сеанса составляет 5-10 мин, а количество сеансов 10-25 с повторением курса через 6 месяцев. Способ направлен на улучшение здоровья пациента путем профилактики и реабилитации. Устройство содержит основание, на котором установлена рама. Массажный стол для размещения пациента установлен подвижно относительно основания и приводится в движение по схеме "винт-гайка" посредством маховика. Рама снабжена неподвижным массажным штифтом. Применение изобретения обеспечивает доступность процедуры для населения без обращения к мануальному терапевту.The invention relates to manual therapy, in particular to the treatment of the spine, as well as to prevention and rehabilitation. The technical result is an increase in the efficiency of the procedure. The method consists in the fact that before the procedure, massage points in the paravertebral zone located in the area of problematic vertebrae are determined and marked. The patient is placed on a massage table, a massage pin with pressure is placed at the designated points until the level of pain appears. During the procedure, the patient performs the movement of the legs with a pace of 20-40 vibrations per minute. The duration of the session is 5-10 minutes, and the number of sessions 10-25 with the repetition of the course after 6 months. The method is aimed at improving the health of the patient through prevention and rehabilitation. The device contains a base on which the frame is mounted. The massage table for placing the patient is mounted movably relative to the base and is set in motion according to the "screw-nut" scheme by means of a flywheel. The frame is equipped with a fixed massage pin. The use of the invention ensures the availability of the procedure to the public without contacting a chiropractor.
