Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу изготовления огнестойкого остекления, содержащего по меньшей мере два листа стекла, между которыми располагают вспучивающийся материал на основе гидросиликата щелочного металла, в котором последовательно наносят несколько слоев, состоящих из растворов силиката щелочного металла, причем первый слой наносят непосредственно на один из листов стекла, указанный слой высушивают, по меньшей мере один второй слой наносят на первый слой, указанный второй слой также высушивают, причем способ повторяют столько раз, сколько необходимо для получения желаемой окончательной толщины, причем состав последовательных слоев выбирают таким образом, чтобы ограничить перемещение воды из одного слоя в слой, который высушили ранее.
