Настоящее изобретение относится к чувствительному наноэлектроду многократного применения для селективного определения Cu(II). Предложенный наноэлектрод обеспечивает количественное определение с высоким разрешением немеченных ионов меди внутри или вблизи микрообъектов, таких как живые клетки ткани.
