Abstract
Изобретение относится к очистке автодорог от льда и уплотнённого снега и может использоваться в очистке автодорог в автоматическом режиме при необходимости обеспечения высокого качества очистки без привлечения дополнительного обслуживающего персонала. Технический результат от использования предлагаемого изобретения заключается в расширении функциональных возможностей устройства и возможности его функционирования в автоматизированном режиме с высокой степенью переналаживаемости на любую требуемую ширину обрабатываемого участка автодороги с обеспечением высокого качества очистки от льда и уплотнённого снега. Диски кроме первого выполнены свободно перемещаемыми на валу (1) в осевом направлении, между дисками, через один, поочерёдно размещены жёсткие дистанционные втулки (4) и работающие на сжатие упругодеформируемые элементы (5), в дисках дополнительно изготовлены равномерно расположенные по окружности отверстия, в каждое из которых входят расположенные по всей длине приводного вала направляющие штанги (6), расположенные напротив упругодеформируемых элементов тросы ударников изготовлены из материала со стабильными упругими характеристиками, на каждый трос дополнительно через отверстия нанизаны металлические шары (8), а расположенный на противоположном конце от неподвижного диск (9) связан с периодически подключаемым регулируемым приводом осевого перемещения с возможностью автоматического изменения расстояния между дисками и фиксации достигнутого уровня изменения, при этом шток привода выполнен в виде центральносимметрично расположенного штока (12) и наконечника в виде связанных с ним перекрещивающихся Г-образных штанг с опорами качения на концах штанг (13), контактирующих с вращающимся диском по изготовленной на его торце дорожке качения.The invention relates to the cleaning of roads from ice and compacted snow and can be used in cleaning roads in automatic mode if it is necessary to ensure high quality cleaning without involving additional maintenance personnel. The discs, in addition to the first one, are freely movable on the shaft (1) in the axial direction, between the discs, through one, rigid spacer sleeves (4) and elastically deformable elements working in compression (5) are alternately placed, in the discs, holes are additionally made evenly spaced around the circumference, in each of which includes guide rods (6) located along the entire length of the drive shaft, the striker cables located opposite the elastically deformable elements are made of material with stable elastic characteristics, metal balls (8) are additionally strung through the holes on each cable, and located at the opposite end from the fixed the disk (9) is connected with a periodically connected adjustable drive of axial movement with the possibility of automatically changing the distance between the disks and fixing the achieved level of change, while the drive rod is made in the form of a centrally symmetrically located rod (12) and a tip in the form of a crossover connected to it L-shaped rods with rolling bearings at the ends of the rods (13) in contact with the rotating disc along the raceway made at its end.
