Abstract
Изобретение относится к металлургии, в частности к устройствам для переработки в гранулы шлаков чёрной и цветной металлургии. Технический результат от использования предлагаемого изобретения заключается в повышении эффективности работы устройства за счёт гарантированного высокопроизводительного получения капель-гранул из потока расплавленного шлака, в упрощении конструкции и в повышении надёжности работы устройства в целом. В состав устройства дополнительно включены делитель 4 потока шлака и лоток-диспергатор 5, гранулятор расплавленного шлака 2 с системой охлаждения выполнен в виде не менее трёх вращающихся во встречном направлении полых барабанов 7 с циркулирующей внутри стенок водой, при этом барабаны расположены один под одним с зазором S между стенками вращающихся барабанов как в вертикальной плоскости, так и с разнонаправленным через один смещением m в горизонтальной плоскости таким образом, что любая падающая на вращающуюся поверхность нижерасположенного барабана капля-гранула расплавленного шлака до своего падения проходит вместе с вращающейся поверхностью вышерасположенного барабана путь, длиной не менее 1/3 длины его окружности, лоток-диспергатор 5 выполнен с криволинейной направляющей поверхностью с расположенными на ней в виде расходящегося веера к кромке лотка ручьями-гофрами и обращен своей внутренней криволинейной поверхностью навстречу падающему на неё через делитель 4 потоку расплавленного шлака, а в месте падения с вращающихся барабанов капель-гранул шлака навстречу вращению по касательной к наружной поверхности барабанов размещены скребки 8 с лезвиями.The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to devices for processing slags from ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy into granules. The technical result from the use of the proposed invention is to increase the efficiency of the device due to the guaranteed high-performance production of droplets-granules from the molten slag stream, to simplify the design and to increase the reliability of the device as a whole. The device additionally includes a slag flow divider 4 and a dispersing tray 5, a molten slag granulator 2 with a cooling system is made in the form of at least three hollow drums 7 rotating in the opposite direction with water circulating inside the walls, while the drums are located one under one with a gap S between the walls of the rotating drums both in the vertical plane and with a bi-directional displacement m in the horizontal plane through one in such a way that any drop-granule of molten slag falling on the rotating surface of the lower drum, before falling, passes along with the rotating surface of the upper drum a path length not less than 1/3 of the length of its circumference, the disperser tray 5 is made with a curved guide surface with corrugated streams located on it in the form of a diverging fan to the edge of the tray and facing its inner curved surface towards the molten stream falling on it through the divider 4 about slag, and scrapers 8 with blades are placed at the point where slag drops-granules fall from the rotating drums against rotation tangentially to the outer surface of the drums.
