Abstract

Гибридный газодинамический радиальный подшипник содержит внешнюю втулку подшипника, внутреннюю втулку и фольговый упругий элемент, размещенную между внешней втулкой подшипника и внутренней втулкой, при этом внешняя цилиндрическая поверхность и обе торцевые поверхности внутренней втулки подшипника соответственно снабжены равномерно расположенными канавками, причём канавки на одной из торцевых поверхностей расположены зеркально симметрично канавкам на другой торцевой поверхности, а осевые контурные линии канавок на внешней цилиндрической поверхности и радиальные контурные линии канавок на левой и правой торцевых поверхностях соединены друг с другом с обеспечением однозначного взаимного соответствия; обладает жесткостными характеристиками при максимально высокой скорости вращения как у газодинамического радиального подшипника канавочного типа и упругой характеристикой высокой ударопрочности и несущей способностью как у газодинамического радиального фольгового подшипника. Таким образом, настоящее изобретение позволяет применять газодинамические радиальные подшипники в областях сверхвысоких скоростей при более высоких нагрузках.
