Abstract
Предлагается проницаемая колосниковая решетка для опоры частиц биомассы и для отвода золы и создаваемого газа, которая имеет меньшую склонность к засорению отверстий в колосниковой решетке. Кроме того, предлагается газогенератор с неподвижным слоем с такой колосниковой решеткой. За счет вращения колосниковой решетки она действует в качестве струга и размельчает комки золы и шлака, и за счет вращательного движения проталкивает через щелевые отверстия. За счет щелевой формы отверстий можно, несмотря на большую проходную площадь, использовать также небольшие частицы биомассы. За счет конического выполнения отверстий во вращающейся колосниковой решетке значительно снижается опасность закупоривания щелевых отверстий для золы и создаваемого газа, и щелевые отверстия действуют в качестве струга. За счет центральной куполообразной крышки предотвращается скопление золы или шлака в середине основной части на основании меньшего, соответственно, отсутствующего движения колосниковой решетки относительно биомассы. При этом следует также учитывать, что в середине могут отсутствовать отверстия, поскольку в середине основной части закреплен, соответственно, смонтирован приводной вал. За счет куполообразной формы крышки при вращении колосниковой решетки происходит боковой срез золы и шлака, так что они могут подаваться в зону щелевых отверстий.
