Abstract
Способ разделения компонентов смеси (1) газов, подлежащей обработке, содержащей метан, азот и по меньшей мере один углеводород, имеющий по меньшей мере два атома углерода, или смесь таких углеводородов, включающий следующие стадии: а) деметанизация указанной смеси (1) газов с помощью по меньшей мере одной колонны (7) для деметанизации; b) извлечение из колонны (7) для деметанизации жидкости (12), содержащей по меньшей мере 85 мол.% углеводородов, имеющих по меньшей мере два атома углерода, изначально присутствующих в смеси (1), подлежащей обработке; с) необязательно частичная конденсация смеси (15) газов, извлеченной из колонны (7) для деметанизации, с получением жидкости (29), по меньшей мере одну часть которой обрабатывают с извлечением в виде продукта (30) деазотированного природного газа и второго газа (26); d) введение указанного второго газа (26) и/или смеси (15) газов в колонну (31) для удаления азота, из которой получают газ (36) и жидкость (33), по меньшей мере одну часть которой обрабатывают с извлечением в виде продукта (30) деазотированного природного газа; е) обработка указанного газа (36), полученного из стадии d), в системе (В) для удаления азота с получением потока газов, содержащего не более 5 мол.% азота, и потока газообразного азота, содержащего не более 8 мол.% метана; характеризующийся тем, что рабочая температура между стадией b) и с) не превышает -50°С и газ (36) нагревается до температуры выше -10°С перед охлаждением, до температуры ниже -50°С в указанной системе (В) для удаления азота.
