Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к антителам и их антигенсвязывающим фрагментам, которые специфически связываются с LAG3 человека или яванского макака, а также к их иммуноглобулиновым цепям и полинуклеотидам, кодирующим их, и к инъецирующим устройствам, содержащим такие антитела или фрагменты. Изобретение включает вакцины, включающие такие антитела и фрагменты, а также композиции, содержащие антитела и фрагменты (например, включающие антитела против PD1). Также предусматриваются способы лечения или предупреждения злокачественной опухоли или инфекции с использованием таких композиций. Кроме того, способы рекомбинантной экспрессии антител и фрагментов являются частью настоящего изобретения.
