Abstract
Заявленное изобретение относится к устройству термической переработки исходного сырья, в частности представляет собой конструкцию реактора быстрого пиролиза для получения различных видов готовой продукции. Техническим результатом заявленного изобретения является высокий коэффициент использования горючего агента (газа) до 95% для разогрева и поддержанием его в рабочем состояние. Поставленный технический результат достигается за счет реактора быстрого пиролиза, установленную на рамную стальную конструкцию, представляющую собой стальной корпус, внутри которого расположен вращающийся полый стальной цилиндр, включающий загрузочный бункер, патрубок для эвакуации продуктов деструкции органики и выпускной патрубок отвода выделяющегося в ходе пиролиза продукта нагревательного элемента. При этом корпус состоит из двух частей, соединенных между собой болтами на фланцах. Нижняя часть корпуса заканчивается пирамидальным сборником твердых продуктов пиролиза через верхнюю плоскость корпуса, вовнутрь которого проходит лоток для подачи сырья. Торцы цилиндра с двух сторон ограничены кольцами, имеющими сквозные отверстия по центру. Вдоль горизонтальной оси цилиндра по всей его длине приварены лопатки. К торцевым кольцам цилиндра приварены по центральной оси полые полуоси, внутренний диаметр которых совпадает с диаметром отверстий, имеющихся в торцевых кольцах.The claimed invention relates to a device for thermal processing of raw materials, in particular, is a design of a fast pyrolysis reactor for producing various types of finished products. The technical result of the claimed invention is a high utilization rate of a combustible agent (gas) up to 95% for heating and maintaining it in working condition. The technical result is achieved due to the fast pyrolysis reactor installed on the frame steel structure, which is a steel case inside which there is a rotating hollow steel cylinder including a loading hopper, a pipe for evacuating the products of organic destruction and an outlet of the heating element released during pyrolysis . In this case, the housing consists of two parts, interconnected by bolts on the flanges. The lower part of the body ends with a pyramidal collection of solid pyrolysis products through the upper plane of the body, inside of which passes the tray for feeding raw materials. The ends of the cylinder are bounded on both sides by rings having through-holes in the center. The blades are welded along the horizontal axis of the cylinder along its entire length. Hollow semiaxes are welded to the end rings of the cylinder along the central axis, the inner diameter of which coincides with the diameter of the holes present in the end rings.
