Abstract

Изобретение относится к способам идентификации циркулирующих клеток меланомы (CMC) в биологическом образце и способам диагностики метастатической меланомы у индивидуума. Описываемые способы можно использовать для необогащенных образцов крови для идентификации CMC с использованием детектируемых средств, которые специфичны для биомаркера CMC, и оценки морфологии клеток, содержащих детектируемые средства. Присутствие или отсутствие детектируемого средства в комбинации с морфологическими характеристиками клеток можно использовать для диагностики индивидуума с метастатической меланомой на основе количества CMC, присутствующих в образце.
