Abstract
Изобретение относится к оси колесных пар и соответствующему способу ультразвукового контроля. В каждом из концов упомянутой оси выполнено глухое отверстие, соосное с упомянутой осью и имеющее размеры, обеспечивающие возможность вмещения ультразвукового датчика. Основные отверстия выполнены с возможностью вмещения держателя ультразвукового датчика, содержащего множество ультразвуковых преобразователей для контроля упомянутой оси изнутри упомянутого отверстия. Основное преимущество настоящего изобретения - упрощение распространения ультразвуковых колебаний без помех, вызванных геометрическими несплошностями, обычно присутствующими на концах оси, и тем самым сведение к минимуму числа ложных распознаваний в считываниях отраженных сигналов.
