Abstract

Предложенное изобретение относится к системе охлаждающих каналов в узле электродной колонны электродуговой печи, причем нижняя часть узла электродной колонны выполнена с кольцом контактных башмаков, образованным несколькими элементами (31) контактных башмаков, прижимным кольцом, образованным несколькими прижимными колодками, и теплозащитным экраном, расположенным выше прижимного кольца и образованным несколькими теплозащитными сегментами. Элементы (31) контактных башмаков и/или прижимных колодок выполнены с каналами (35, 36) для протекания через них охлаждающей жидкости. Каналы (35, 36), выполненные в материале элементов (31) контактных башмаков и/или прижимных колодок, проходят наклонно вниз от верхних концов (33) указанных элементов (31) и колодок почти до их нижних концов (34). По меньшей мере два из указанных наклонных каналов (35, 36), выполненные в одном и том же элементе (31) контактных башмаков и/или в одной и той же прижимной колодке, соединены друг с другом у их нижних концов около нижних концов (34) элементов (31) контактных башмаков и прижимных колодок с образованием непрерывного канала (35, 36) в каждом элементе (31) контактных башмаков и в каждой прижимной колодке.
