Изобретение относится к области получения поликристаллических сверхтвердых материалов на основе алмазов, предназначенных для изготовления правящего, бурового и формообразующего инструмента. Способ включает приготовление шихты на основе зерен порошков алмаза и кубического нитрида бора и спекание шихты в условиях высоких давлений и температур, при этом согласно изобретению в качестве алмазного порошка берут порошок импактных алмазов с размером зерен в пределах 10-1000 мкм и порошок кубического нитрида бора с размером зерен в пределах 0,5-20 мкм, массовое соотношение порошков алмаза к кубическому нитриду бора в шихте находится в пределах от 1:1 до 5:1, а спекание шихты при высоких давлениях и температурах осуществляют в диапазоне давлений 5,0-6,0 ГПа при температуре 1850-2100°C в течение 25-60 с. Для снижения хрупкости и улучшения спекаемости материала в шихту из порошков алмаза и кубического нитрида бора вводят добавки порошка вюрцитного BN в количестве 1-10 мас.%, аморфного бора в количестве 0,5 -1,5 мас.% и/или порошка алюминия в количестве 1-5 мас.%.The invention relates to the field of polycrystalline superhard materials based on diamonds, intended for the manufacture of ruling, drilling and shaping tools.
