Abstract

L. brevis TAK 124-1 подавляет действие патогенов (клостридий и энтеропатогенов), дрожжей и грибков в корме. Пищевая добавка, содержащая упомянутый микроорганизм, помогает продлить срок хранения корма.The invention provides an isolated strain of the microorganism Lactobacillus brevis TAK 124-1 NCIMB42149, which is made to provide aerobic stability of the feed and improve the fermentation of the feed, to increase the concentration of lactic and acetic acids, reduce the pH level, therefore, reduce nutrient loss in the feed. L. brevis TAK 124-1 inhibits the action of pathogens (clostridia and enteropathogens), yeast and fungi in the feed. A food supplement containing the said microorganism helps to prolong the shelf life of the feed.
